I synced my android and my desktop and adding a favorite on the desktop is syncing with android. In the other way i can't find the favorite on my desktop
From desktop to android is working perfectly. Then i added a favorite on the phone and i can not find the favorite on the desktop. I also clicked the sync button under settings on the phone to be sure that the phone is synced.
still can not find the favorite. On the phone i can find the favorite and a folder "Desktop-Favorites" it's translated so can look different in the english version.
Under Desktop-Favorites i can find all my stuff from the desktop.
Somebody has the same problem or i am blind or sync is just one way ?

Sync is both ways so there's something not working as intended. It could be that the computer hasn't synced yet, to confirm this, you can press the Sync Now button in the Firefox button (if you are in Mac it's under "Tools").
If after that it doesn't work, I will recommend you to check in the logs if there's something that is not being downloaded to your computer. Our Bridge has been acting very strange. It keeps giving a dialog box of "Bridge encountered a problem and is unable to read the cache. ... purge central cache" For one, I can't find the central cache and two, I've purged the cache in bridge. Shouldn't that help? There's just all kinds of weird stuff going on. I suppose it does have something to do with the central cache, so maybe someone can tell me where to find it.
When I use the burn/dodge tool sometimes it drags and staggers and takes forever to complete whatever I'm burning/dodging. When I try to delete an image from the dock, it won't disappear but it won't display either.
Any help would be appreciated.The Central Cache is the Bridge Cache.
It's referred as the Central Cache to differentiate it from the individual folder's cache or even the individual image cache. -
I have a big problem, I don't know what I touched but when I open up my iTunes I can't see all the icons. The only icons showing are "podcast, iTunes U and Downloads" so in other words I can't find the movies, music etc. Which means I can't buy/rent!

About a month ago a song randomly appeared in my songs list and when I tried swiping to the left to delete the song it wouldn't slide over to show the delete button. The delete slide appears with all of my other songs except that one. The ICloud songs are turned off and it wasn't iTunes Radio. 2 more songs like this have appeared and I can't delete them from both my iPhone or my computer (they don't even show up on my computer). Trying to sync another computer to sync, but going from Tools to Options to Sync I can not find the Add A Device choice. have looked everywhere but can not find the frame that allows me to enter the codes from the second computer. Have installed the sync function on the first computer and have received a sync key.

My desktop computer is running Windows 7 and Foxfire 6.0. I had no problem establishing a sync account and obtaining the Foxfire Sync Key. Now I would like to sync my Asus Eee Transformer Tablet running Android 3.2 and Foxfire 3 (for Android). On the tablet I go to Sync, then Connect, and get the three-box code to be entered on the desktop computer where the sync account was established. So far, so good.
I then go back to the desktop computer and in Foxfire click Tools, then Options, then click on the Sync symbol, then click on Set Up Foxfire Sync, which is the only option available. I am then taken to a page with two options: Create A New Account, or Connect. sunce I have already created an account I click on Connect. I then get a page with a three box code and am told to go to the other device (the tablet) and select Add A Device. Unfortunately, on the tablet the only choices available are Sync and connect, which returns a three box code. No where can I find a page or an option fo Add A Device and enter the three box code.
So, in summary, I can not find w page to Add A Device and enter the three box code on either the desktop computer or the tablet. If all else fails, I guess I can go back to day one and establish a new sync account on the desktop computer, or completely give up on the sync, which is a nice feature but one that doesn't work. -
I have purcase several audio books via Itunes and they are on my computer however I have been unable to figure out how to transfer (sync??) them to my Ipod. Also I have receipts for several Itune audio books but they are not showing up on my purchased list. Help!!!

iTunes does not garentee to carry a book forever, a serious flaw. If you can't find the book in iTunes anymore and didn't keep it on the computer, or backed up, it may be gone.
To add audio books to the iPod;
you have to check the box at the bottom section of the Books screen that says, "sync audio books" -
I have a iphone 4s with ios 8.3 and I used to be able to sync only a week or two of emails from outlook email. Now it won't let me do that and it syncs all my inbox. How can I change it back to sync less. I can't find the right place.
I understand, as that was the place I would change it before 8.3 but now that option of Mail Days to Sync is not available? Any idea why that would be?

I updated my iPhone 4S and now my iTunes (10.6.1) won't read it. It said to update, but 10.7 won't work on my computer because it's a Mac 10.8. I can't find the iTunes 10.6.3 anywhere. What can I do to be able to sync my computer and phone?
iTunes 10.7 does indeed work on OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion. Do you mean you have Mac OS X 10.5.8 Leopard? If so, and you updated your iPhone 4S to iOS 6 on some other computer, then you may be out of luck synching to your 10.5.8 system, but you can get and try 10.6.3 here:

How can I find the location of an i-pod shuffle, nano and touch that i have synced to my account? I have had each one stolen and would be so relieved if i could track there location as I know they are still in the county I live.
Also if i cant locate them can i at least remotely delete the libraries, and lock them so they are unusable to the thiefs, and i had a sony laptop worth £2000 stolen which I had used my apple account for a year is there anyway i can track that or retrieve the contents and delete them?

For the iPod touch if you turned on the FindMyiPod feature and wifi is on and connected yu may be ablt ot locate it and wipe it by going to iCloud, signing in and going to FindMyiPhone. However, if the iPOd is rectored that feature is deleted.
Report to police and change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod. -
My iPhone 3GS was recently stolen. I can't find the box and it has not been synced to my computer in a long time. I just use it as an iPod now. I have the IMEI but not the serial number. Is there a way that I can get the serial number using the IMEI number. Thanks

Can you please try and restart your machine and then check ? If nothing happens , please navigate to Utilities> Adobe installers to find Creative cloud installer or go to Applications > Creative Cloud > Creative Cloud uninstaller and then uninstall the product from there .
once done with the uninstallation ,please browse to Creative.adobe.com and then reinstall the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app .
