Yes, they maybe 2 separate devices, but you have only mentioned one iCloud account and this is the problem.

Have your husband text the word "stop" to 48369. This should take his number out of the iMessage system.
Go into your settings under messaging and make sure the box to send as an SMS if iMessage is unavailable is checked.
Hopefully this will get your messages sending/receiving to each other.

When you did the restore, did you restore from a backup or restore as new? The final step of user troubleshooting is to restore as a new device, not from a backup. If you restore as a new device and the camera still does not function, it is probably a hardware issue. Make an appointment at the Apple Store Genius Bar and have the device checked by a Genius.

My iTunes is shared with one other person, and all the music that is being downloaded will go onto their iphone (note that we have the same iphone) without any problems. All the music from my phone bought on the itunes store can transfer onto their phone, but their purchased songs and downloaded songs won't go onto mine. Connect the iPhone to your old MacBook via the USB cable that came with the phone and go to the summary tab and uncheck the button next to Syc with this iPhone over Wi-Fi.

When i click on my iPhone in the bar from the itunes menu, and then click into applications i can't tick the box that is next to 'sync applications' there i cannot tick any apps or untick them, now can i move around the apps. it all shows up but im unable to click on it as it shows up faded. I have iTunes version 9 something and my iPhone software is 3.1.2, ive tried changing how my iPhone is managed (from automatically to manually) ive restored it and reset it and it still does no difference. i'm wondering if anyone can help??

I let ATT&T talk me into an iphone.......refurbished.......$49.00 Ok fine. The computer part worked fine, set it up with itunes on the desk top computer.... no problems. Tried to then do apps with laptop to find out no can do - Ok fine.
Then refurbished phone goes down - replace with brand new phone and set it up on itunes with the laptop........ I get the same 1/2 tone screen as mentioned initially on BOTH computers now. Both are authorized (both running Windows). Tried the change the restrictions button from OFF to ON.......... itunes notices the difference and starts copying apps........ then starts removing apps I freak and stop.
There probably were some differences between the original phone apps and the new phone - should I have allowed this to continue?
Any other suggestions?

I got an iPhone 3gs!! i tried updating it to iOS 6!! but then went off in between after it stopped and remained stucked! i pressed the power button nd the hme button 2geta! then it went off.... now when i switch it on.. it goes on then off then on.. help!

I can't sync iCal from my Mac (MBP) to my iPhone. I recently upgraded from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion and I think that's when my iCal stopped syncing from MBP to iPhone. Help please!

Well, you can try this: right click the file, go down to encode file, and reencode it for the Mac.

I can't sync my Outlook's notes with iPhone, it just stopped working a few months back and no matter how i removed my email acoounts, restore it still won't work! please help!

I use outlook and just got a new work phone.
i had to go in and turn the icloud notes off. Then connect your phone, go into itunes under info, almost at the bottom is "Other" and in there you can sync with notes.
took me a while until i turned them off on the phone in icloud section.
