I synced my itune pocasts to my ipad 6.0, can't find them on my ipad
I synced my itune podcasts to my Ipad w/retina display. In iunes it shows the podcasts on my ipad. On my Ipad, I can't find them. I checked Music App and Video App.
I already had the Podcast App. I searched for the Kim Komando Podcats with no luck.
I download The Kim Komando show and digital minute on Itunes. When I synced my Ipad 4th generation it shows the podcasts are on the Ipad. When I try to find them on the Ipad they aren't there. I searched for the answer and on older ipads they were under "Music App" or Video Apps. I checked both of them with no success.
I can find them listed on Google Reader, but they won't play. The Komando podcasts are audio podcasts.
I can play them with Itunes on my desktop (windows) computers.

To unhide your purchases
Open iTunes on your Mac or PC.
If you're not already signed in, choose Store > Sign in.
Choose Store > View My Account. (You may be asked to enter your password again).
On your Account Information summary, scroll down to the "iTunes in the Cloud" section and click Manage.
Choose a content type by clicking Music, TV shows, Apps, or Books from the top.
Click the Unhide button next to the item you would like to restore.
If they are not hidden they may have been purchased on a different apple id.

Tap the Videos app and tap the movies button at the top of the page.
The iTunes app on your iPad is just a conduit to the iTunes Store. To play your purchases, use the iPod app or the Videos app. -

I moved songs within my iTunes media folder and now my iPod can't find them
Hello. I have a few albums in my iTunes library that organize the artists by such folders as Artist feat. So-and-So. This makes it difficult to scroll through artists on my iPod and in my car. So I moved those songs that are in those folders to their corresponding album folder under the original artists' names. Now when I try to sync my iPod it tells me that those songs cannot be found. I completely restored my iPod and tried again after unchecking the following, but it still couldn't find the songs.
Convert higher bit rate songs to X kbps AAC
Keep iTunes Media folder organized
Copy files to iTunes Media folder when adding to library
Luckily I do still have the original CDs and can delete the albums then restore them, but I find this particular feature to be pretty ridiculous.
Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!The Macintosh has something called "file aliases" which allow you to move files from their original locations and applications that reference those files will still know how to find them. Windows does not have anything like that. It works off of full path / file names. So, when you moved your music folder and all your music in Windows Explorer, iTunes is still pointing to the old location.

I downloaded two rentals and can not find them on my Ipad
Downloading a rental on the Ipad takes more time. In addition I can not find the rented documentary.
Is there a way of re-download the rented documentary and movie on my computer or apple TV? I already recived the confirmation charge for the rentals but I have not been able to see both rentals.Unless you are in the US then films are currently a one-time only download - and even in the US not all film studios are allowing their films to be re-downloaded (re-downloading). Did you not copy them off the iPad first via File > Transfer Purchases ? This may be a silly question but I can't find my pictures. I have photo stream setup on my iPad 2 and my iPhone 5. I also have iCloud on and I setup my email address. I even tried turning photo stream off and back on. Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

The My Photo Stream album does not appear when iCloud Photo Library is enabled. If this feature is enabled on your iPhone, it's storing your iPhone's photos in the cloud.

THis is not an app question - it is an iOS issue - but was sent to this forum.
You should have a Maps app, though it is not the same as from previous iOS versions (it is no longer supplied by google, though they have a version in the App Store). You've checked all your homescreens and app folders for it, and tried searching for it via the spotlight search screen (swipe your first homescreen to the right) ?
In terms of iCloud, there is no separate app for it, it just appears as Settings > iCloud. -
I bought songs on my laptop which synced to my iphone and iPad. But I can't find them on itunes library on my home computer. However, when I click download for the same song it says it has already been purchased. How do I find it on home computer?
Is your "home computer" the same as your laptop or are these two different machines?

I ripped a new CD to iTunes and backed up to the cloud. The songs are already on my iPhone 4S, but I can't get them on my iPad. I already connected the iPad to my laptop and selected "Sync with the iPad over Wi-Fi". On the iPad I forced a Sync. Help!
