I've checked your account using the email address that you use here in the forums; you have an Adobe Send subscription, and one for ExportPDF, so it doesn't appear that you have a duplicate subscription (unless you have a second Adobe ID). And, if you signed up for a subscription via the Reader Mobile app--those subscriptions are managed by the respective app stores, and won't show up in your Adobe.com account.
You should be able to check your account by logging in to www.adobe.com with your Adobe ID and password. Then, click My Plans & Products to see a list of your Adobe subscriptions and software.
What product is it that you believe you have two of?

Is it possible that you are using the same password for the old O2 Study and newer O2 Apple Base Station networks?
If so, Keychain Access is storing the old information about the old network and may be associating it with your AirPort Extreme settings based on the BSSID that William has mentioned.
If that's the case, open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities > KeyChain Access and look for a listing with the old network name. Delete this entry. You may need to power down both the computer and the AirPort Extreme and restart them. -

i have accidentally purchsed the same episode twice. how can I delete and get a refund for the erroneous purchase?

How to I get music I purchased before the iCloud was created to show up on my new authorized iPhone? Right now I can only see the Apps I recently purchased on the actual phone but older music I purchased on my CPU using the same Apple ID doesn't appear.
Does any music show in the Purchased tab on the iTunes store app on your phone ? Music can't be re-downloaded in all countries, and even where it can be it will only appear whilst it remains in the store. Do you have your purchases on your computer and/or on a backup of your puchases so that you can sync them to your phone ?

What happened to the option to see all your purchased movies alphabetically? I can only see recent purchases and then I have to look by movie type. With over 500 movies purchased, this is a huge pain. For instance the movie Airport 77 is classified as Drama not action? But it is action? I have to look at both types to find the film. I will stop buying films via AppleTV if this is the way it is going to stay. I am not searching for films in this crazy manner.
Same issue here. Might have to do with size of library. I too have over 300 purchased movies. "ALL PURCHASED" folder disappeared yesterday on all my AppleTV's. My son only has 20+ purchased movies and his still shows "ALL" folder. However, I had him log in under my account and "ALL" folder is missing??? I hope Apple gets this resolved quickly. I too do not want to flip through various Genres looking for movies.

In iPhone 5 iOS 6.0.2 can not see option in setting for setting>>cellular >> ? How to enable hot spot icon to choose. Cellular service provider china mobile , it's Internet and call service work well, iPhone have restore twice but can not see hot spot option.
Personal Hotspot is provided by the carrier, but not every carrier offers this service. Contact your carrier to make sure that you can get this option.

You might be using an invalid email address that you are sending to or your mail settings for the account are wrong. Check the address and I would delete the email account and reenter it

I have one a count which works fine, but it won't buy anything from the US store and I can't change my nationality because of my season passes. So I decided to make a new account with the address I have in America, but I would have to buy everything I already did twice. So is there a way I can transfer purchases to my American account?
No, there isn't. You'll need to continue to use that existing account for updates or to redownload purchased content.
Note that to set up an account in the US iTunes Store for anything other than free apps, you'll need not only a US mailing address but also a US credit card or prepaid iTunes card.

App Store forcing me to purchase same game twice on different devices
I have an iPad and an iPhone. Both are logged into the App Store with the same account.
I purchased a game on my iPad, but I also want to play it on my iPhone when I don't have my iPad with me. I was under the impression that purchases are tied to your account and not to your device. However, when I search for the game in the App Store, it says it wants me to pay the game's full price again.

To ensure I am using the same Apple ID, I have one to Settings > iTunes & App Store. The Apple ID being used is the same.
I suspect the problem is I recently changed the email associated with my Apple ID using appleid.apple.com. I suspect there are bugs there. -

Welcome to the Apple Community.
You can use different ID's for iTunes and iCloud.
Just delete the account in settings > iCloud and create them their own account.
if the children are minors, you wiil need to create and be responsible for each account yourself. -

In Finder, along the left hand side, is a group called "Shared". Click on it, and it shows all other computers on the network.

My daugther and I download iTunes music onto separate computers but from the same iTunes account. Before I installed iTunes 9, I could download onto my computer a song that she had purchased before for her computer, even though I had to pay for it a second time. This avoided my having to ask her for a copy. With iTunes 9, I do not get the option of downloading the same song again, even if I want to pay for it. The song reads "Purchased" and does not allow a download option. I called iTunes support and I was told to download the latest version of iTunes 9 (iTunes 9.2). I was told that this version had an option to purchase a song more than once (something version 9.1 did not have). However, it does appear to have this option.
Does anybody know how to get around this easily without having to share music or transfer by CD? Is there a way to download twice even if I have to pay?Why not copy what you want from one computer to the other, either by temporarily turning on Home Sharing, or else by using a USB flash drive.
