I think my computer was hacked, how can I tell who has been using my account?

Hi sandys98368807,
Do you see any unusual activity on your system?
If you are worried about your Adobe account, i would recommend you to change your Adobe password as soon as possible.
Please let me know if you have any other query or need any further assistance.

  • How can you tell who has FaceTime?

My brother called me on FaceTime a couple of weeks ago. He said that he'd "opened FaceTime, saw you were on and figured I'd say hi." How could I tell who has FaceTime and who doesn't, and how someone who has it is "on"?
I have Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5, as well as iPod Touch 6.1.5

Suddenly there are people sharing my library,
    How do you know?
but they do not show up under "Shared" on my side bar.
That shows libraries that others are sharing. It does not show who is connected to yours.
There's an AppleScript I saw somewhere to show who is connected to your shared iTunes library.
    Try www.dougscripts.com

  • From ARD Client, how can I tell what has been done on my machine?

I am in a workgroup that is managed by ARD. I am not an administrator, but I'd like to get an idea of what has been done on my machine by the admin through ARD. It doesn't have to be too specific or real-time, but I'd like to get some idea. For instance, were there reports run on my application usage? Was there software installed? I'm really just fascinated by automation and software used to increase efficiency. I was thinking there would be a way to monitor incoming and outgoing requests or something, but that might not be the answer in this case. So how can I figure out what ARD admin is doing on my machine?

To answer what was asked in the subject of your question... ARD Client will not tell you anything. It is just the doorway.
There may be logs, but those would not be accessible from a non-admin account.

  • HT1338 Yesterday, I purchased Mountain Lion OSX and tried to download it but I don't think it worked.  How can I tell if I am using Mountain Lion and how do I get help if the download was unsuccessful?

Yesterday, I purchased Mountain Lion OSX and tried to download it but I don't think the download worked.  How can I tell if I am using Mountain Lion and how do I get help if the download was unsuccessful?

Click your Apple menu icon top left corner of your screen.
From the drop down menu click About This Mac.
If Mountain Lion is installed, it will say:  v10.8
If not, launch the App Store. From the App Store menu bar click Store > Check for Unfinished Downloads
FYI ..  for downloading Mountain Lion from the App Store, a high speed (broadband) internet connection is strongly recommended by Apple as noted here > iTUNES STORE - MAC APP STORE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you need to reinstall OS X or repair the the startup disk Mountain Lion Recovery, that requires broadband access to the internet via Wi-Fi or an Ethernet connection. OS X is downloaded over the internet form Apple when OS X Recovery is used for reinstallation.

  • Updating PS CC 2014--how can I tell if I am using the latest version?

I just updated Bridge, PS and LR from the Creative Cloud, but when I went to use them, I was still using the old versions despite the fact that CC said I had updated to the latest versions.  A thread in the LR forum led me to sign out and back into Creative Cloud, and that did the trick for LR.  However, I cannot discern any changes in PS.  How can I tell if I am using the latest version of PS?  When I click on About Photoshop, the popup says:
    TIA.

that's the latest ps as of today.

someone has been using my account to download apps how do i claim the money back?

The Apple Support Communities are an international user to user technical support forum. As a man from Mexico, Spanish is my native tongue. I do not speak English very well, however, I do write in English with the aid of the Mac OS X spelling and grammar checks. I also live in a culture perhaps very very different from your own. When offering advice in the ASC, my comments are not meant to be anything more than helpful and certainly not to be taken as insults.
    If that is true, then you need to promptly secure your account by resetting the Apple ID's password;
    Manage your Apple ID -

Apple considers all sales as final, but has been known to offer a one time refund.

  • How can I tell if WES610N is using 5 GHz band?

    Hello,
I'm using a WES610N Media Connector with my Blu-Ray player to stream video.  The router is an EA3500 -- I used the smart, one-touch WiFi setup to do the setup for the WES610N.
How can I tell if the Media Connector is using the 5 GHz band vs. the 2.4 GHz band?
Is there a way t interrogate it while it is connected to my Blu-Ray player in another room?
    Thanks in advance,
    Bill

Yes. Agreed with sabretooth. There's no way for us to identify on what band your WES610N is connected to unless you'll create a different SSID's on both 2.4 and 5.0 Ghz bands.
If everyone needs to believe in something, I believe I'll have another beer..

  • Couldn't save Itunes music when computer was repaired: how can I get it ba

Recently had to have computer reprogrammed and lost all Itunes music. Had to start new account. Can I retrieve the music I had bought?
    PLEASE, I hope so!!
    thanks,
    Sue

If you didn't make a back-up of your purchases to restore from then I'm sorry to say that the policy on lost purchases is that you have to pay to download them again:
"Once a Product is purchased and you receive the Product, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage the Product, and Apple shall be without liability to you in the event of any loss, destruction, or damage." iTunes Store: Purchased content can be downloaded only once
You could try contacting the iTunes Music Store Customer Service and you might be able to persuade them to sanction a second free download. There have been occasional reports in the iTunes forum of this happening, however just be aware that they are not under any obligation to do so. If you click on any of the links on this page you'll find a space at the bottom to email your query: iTMS Customer Service
If you have an iPod, the transfer of purchased content from the iPod to authorised computers was introduced with iTunes 7. You'll find details in this article: Copying iTunes Store purchases from your iPod or iPhone to a computer

  • How can I trace who has hacked iPad

I have just bought a new iPhone and used facetime for the first time with a friend using their ipad (supplied by work).
A few days later I received a strange facetime call,  supposedly from my friend, showing just a black screen and no one talking. A few minutes later I  received (malicious) imessages on my iPhone. The senders name appears on the message as the same friend I facetimed. My friend is NOT the person sending the messages!!!
I have subsequently facetimed my friend again a couple of days later, and during the call further malicious messages came through (it's a bit scary!). How can that happen when in the middle of a facetime call to a friend, and someone else using the same email address to send nasty messages?!
My friend is listed on my contacts showing his phone number (non-apple), and the email address designated to his ipod by his workplace.
My friend's only apple device is the iPad supplied by his place of work. The ipad is connected to all their other work ipads (maybe by some cloud connection?), so the messages have appeared on all their ipads. I am now given to understand all the workplace ipads use the same email address (or rather I presume, the same Apple ID). The hacking can only be connected to that email address and/or facetime connection.
My friend is now under investigation by his workplace, and we are tasked with having to prove my friend's innocence!
The workplace IT department have taken my friend's ipad and are making their own investigations. I don't know what protocols they may have in place or tracebility there might be. Are there specific questions we can ask the IT department to ensure they check all they should be doing?  I don't know how the facetime/messaging works regarding traceability - should IT be able to trace anything by packet recordings, IP adresses or some other methods?
What can we do from our side? Are there any suggestions?

If all of the iPads at your friend's workplace are using the same AppleID, anyone who had it could have used it maliciously or given the information to an unauthorized person.
You were tasked by whom to prove your friend's innocence? What is your standing in this matter? The IT department will do its investigation. Your friend should consult their employee handbook for their options regarding privacy, use of company devices, and recourse if accusations are made.
    Best of luck.

  • Table entries got deleted  ,how can we find who has deleted these entries

    Hi Team,
We are using ECC6 /Oracle,few days back 2000 entries got deleted from one table.
How can we get the log for deleted entries with all the details like User ID ,Date and time of Deletion.
I have already checked STAD and DBACOCKPIT for SQL queries of deletion of records but could not find any log .
Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Yes, under controlled situation, you can find some information(at least date and time with what was deleted) even if deleted from SQL level.
You can use ORACLE's log miner - Using LogMiner to Analyze Redo Log Files
Or have a look at this note: 1128990 - Using Oracle Logminer with Oracle >= 10g
