I think my phone has been hijacked - what can I do

I could not turn on my phone with finger print kept trying - moved to keying in itune password until it maxed out - now phone is disabled - what is next step??

Unless the device has been jailbroken, then it cannot be hijacked. It just sounds like it had trouble reading your fingerprint. However, now that the device is disabled, you will have to follow the directions in this support document to restore the device.     Yes it does. Also, if you were using iOS 7+ and had Find my iPhone activated, you will need your apple id and password to be able to use the phone again.

    - If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
    - You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have to iPod play a sound via iCloud.
    - If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
    - Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
    - There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it.

    don't think the ios device support sim passcode
    if it have somehow been added to your sim card then you can
    put it in another phone and set the sim card to not request passcode
    or contact your carrier for a new sim card as they like to keep their customers and have
    their customers being able to make calls so they make money they rarely charge too much for
    a replacement sim card
