I thought firefox also denid advertisements to load? Is this so and where can I find that option?

For some few years now I use Mozilla firefox and at the beginning the advertisements were suppressed.
Now when I open windows live mail, advertisements block my inbox and before I can read my mail I need to click them to normal size.
Is there an setting I need to change?

What is your iPhoto version and your MacOS X version?
What happened directly, before you could no longer open your iPhoto library?
Did you install or upgrade software?
Did you import new photos to your iPhoto library?
Are other programs also behaving buggie?
Did you move your iPhoto library to a new harddisk?
Did you run other programs, that might have changes the iPhoto library?
How full is your harddrisk? Could it be, that you are running out of disk space?
Anything at all, that could give us a clue ...

Firefox 4 and later versions save the previous session automatically, so there is no longer need for the dialog asking if you want to save the current session. 
Use "File > Exit" or "Firefox > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit Firefox") if you want to restore multiple windows or otherwise have problems with restoring tabs. 
You can use "History > Restore Previous Session" to get the previous session at any time. 
You may need to click the orange/gray Firefox button to see History. 
There is also a "Restore Previous Session" button on the default about:home Home page.
Using the "Show my windows and tabs from last time" setting is a more reliable way to restore session data.

iLife11 is SnowLeo 10.6.x (and therfore Intel only). Version 09 would be the last ppc 10.5.x compatible.
I for sure remember to have loaded the full ilife 06 suite on Leopard back then , it ran fine.
So you could look for any version from ilife 06 to ilife 09 to be on a safe side, they work all on Intel and PPC and also all on 10.5.x .
Of course the newer the version, the more features ( but the more power is needed ).

I downloaded Firefox 4 onto my PowerPC G4 1.67GHz running Mac OSX 10.5.6. When I try to open it I get error message You cannot open the application "Firefox" because it is not supported on this architecture. I can't find my Firefox 3.6.16 I'm on Safari.

Use Tony's suggestion. I am running it right now and it is awesome. I love Mozilla but they basically screwed all of those older Macs over. Come on Mozilla. These Macs still work, and there are plenty of people with them out there.

Old Firefox new tab had a snazzy list of websites i chose, but I can't find that option again.

Ok so it was just a nice looking background and had websites I chose displayed. It had icons for each website and i really want that back but I cant find anything about it. Can anyone help?

The built-in Firefox "new tab page" doesn't have a special background, so you may have been using an add-on for that.
To check the internal setting:

You can check on whether any "speed dial" extensions have become disabled on the Add-ons page. Either:

Firefox won't prompt me for my email password and I can't find a way to add it to my saved list

Firefox has just prompted me to save my password for this registration, but it won't prompt me for my password for my virgin email acct. It used to but virgin mail had a new signing in window and it was not saved in that. I checked my saved password list and it was there ok, so I removed it thinking that it would prompt me again but it doesn't. Is there any way I can add it to my saved list myself. The problem might be with the virgin email site. Can you please advise.

I need to update to Firefox 4 b/c Exact Target does not support any updates beyond 4. Where can I find that downlaod for a Mac?

Exact Target (which my company uses) has trouble with Firefox. I updated to 3.6.something today, because ET was crapping out, but it still won't work. I'm trying to upgrade just to Firefox 4, to see if that will get the email platform working again, but everywhere on the Firefox Update pages I'm being pointed directly to 6.
