I thought I cancelled my membership, but it's still listed on my account. I need to cancel it!

Hello,
A few weeks ago, I cancelled my one-year subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud. I need to cancel my account, and I do not want to get billed for another year. If anyone can help me do that, I'd greatly appreciate it!

I don't know if it is possible to remove your Adobe ID... you need Adobe staff support to help

    Hi, I just checked my email to see Ive been getting charged for 3 months for a membership that i cancelled as soon as i bought it. I have an email from adobe thanking me for reactivating my membership which i most certainly didn't do, and then was subsequently charged! I want a refund, how do i get one?

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.  It appears that the cancellation was not successful as the membership is still active.
    I will cancel it and issue the refunds.

  • I've paid for a one year membership but Adobe is still saying I'm on a trial.

    I paid for a membership 27 June 2014. I still get the Adobe Manager coming up and asking if I want to continue the trial or license the software.
    I thought it would stop after a while but now I can't get into Photoshop because it's saying my trial has expired and is requesting a serial number.
    Anyone know how to make this stop so I can use all programs under my membership?

    I have the same issue with my Complete Creative Cloud membership after upgrading from Photoshop Photography plan. Moreover, when I launch Lightroom it says that Lightroom Mobile subscription expired and the weird thing when I go to my account online I see 3 memberships as follows:
    Photoshop Photography which is expired
    Creative Cloud Complete (annual) which is active
    Creative Cloud free membership which is active as well!
    I tried to use Lightroom mobile on my iPhone but I'm getting the same error (Subscription expired). I contacted Adobe chat and they are unable to solve the problem even after transferring the conversation to the technical team. My Cloud storage is 2 GB instead of 20 GB. I'm really disappointed with creative cloud. I really need this issue to be solved as soon as possible and your support is much appreciated.

  • Deregistering node successful but it is still listed in deployment page

    During an upgrade to 1.1.4, one of the Policy nodes didn't deregister successfully. The Primary shows it as now a standalone, but it seems to still be a part of the distributed deployment. I upgraded the Policy node and the rest of the nodes. I tried to add (register) the Policy node back but the error says the node is already listed. Is there a way to manually delete a node via the CLI?

    If I understand your issue correctly, I think this is what happening. When you tried to deregister, it didn't work but secondary shows as STANDALONE on primary deployment page.
    When you try to register secondary node you're getting the following exception on screen:
    "An error occurred while registering node Large - java.net.UnknownHostException: Large"
    When you click 'Save' again you're getting the following:
    "An error occurred while registering node Large - HostConfig 'Large' already exist.; nested exception is: HostConfig 'Large' already exist."
    To perform the operations (deregistering)  you must have one of the following roles assigned: Super Admin or System Admin.
    In case the above suggestion doesn't work than we can probably look at the support bundle or reset the config.
    I don't see any command that can help us to delete the NODE from the deployment.

    Has anyone else received a refund for an accidental app purchase...
    ...but, still have the app listed in Purchases...
    ...with an Install button waiting to be accidentally pressed?

    I'm just speculating here, maybe someone can confirm.
    I think the charge to your account is made when your download commences.
    It may be that you can complete the download without being charged, but I'd first want someone either from the Store or a user who's done it to confirm.
    In other words, if you accidentally download and app and then get a refund do you have to return the app?

    You shouldn't be using the same account on phone iphones. Have him setup his own and make sure his iCloud is logged in with that one

    I have gone into Adobe Installers: nothing there to uninstall CC.  Gone into Adobe Air, nothing in there to do with CC.  How can I completely unlink my computer from any old remnants of CC?  This is my work computer.  It has to be sorted!
