I thought I'd paid for the Photoshop CC program to be installed on my computer for a solid year. It doesn't appear to be that way. I need it for my work.

What will the renewal price be for the Photoshop Photography Program after the first year
The price is listed as $9.99 a month for the first year. After that the terms says "After the first 12 months, we will automatically renew your contract based on the current price of the offering". Since the offering goes away after the end of this year what does that actually mean? Will we get switched to something that costs a lot more?
Budget that it will go up in year two to $15 then in year three to $18 and year four to $20 and year five to $25.
If inflation kicks in you can expect some major price rises

Have you tried logging out & logging back in of the CC desktop app?
Have you clicked on "license this software" when you get a prompt of purchasing CC?
Please try these steps, if the issue is still not resolved, do message me privately the order number, Email ID with which it is registered.

Video apps in the Cloud suite (such as Premiere Pro and After Effects) are 64 bit only and will only run on 64 bit processors and 64 bit operating systems.
If your computer is running a 32 bit operating system (e.g. Win 7 32 bit) then you will not able to download those apps since they will not run on your computer.

I have the Photoshop Photography Program and now every time I try open Photoshop CC it asks me for a Serial Number. It keeps saying my trial period has ended. How can I get this working since Adobe doesn't issue Serial Numbers for CC.

I have just checked your account and found that you indeed have bought a Creative Cloud for Teams subscription but you have assigned the single seat to another user hence you ( If you are using your own Adobe ID ) are getting the trial error message.
Two options : Either reassign the seat to your self or add an additional seat and invite your self in the same Team.

I subscribed to the Photoshop Photography Program which includes Photoshop AND Lightroom.
Lightroom keeps asking for a serial code.
I need help.Your subscription is paid & active.
Creative cloud do not need a serial number. it will be using your Adobe ID on which you have purchased the creative cloud membership.
So you need to login with your Adobe ID and password to activate the cloud membership.
Log out & log back in of the CC Desktop App.
In case it is not signing in successfully please try the following:
I don't know which operating system you are working on so i am giving you some steps windows and MAC OS:
Windows:
In windows 7 navigate to following location:
/windows/system32/drivers/etc
1. look out for "Hosts" file
2. Open it with notepad
3. Check if you have any entry for Adobe
4. Remove the entries and try again launching any product from CC
On Windows XP navigate to following location:
\windows\system32\drivers\etc
1. look out for "Hosts" file
2. Open it with notepad
3. Check if you have any entry for Adobe
4. Remove the entries and try again launching any product from CC
Mac:
1. Please click on "Go" and navigate to /private/etc
2. Open "hosts" file and check out for any entries for Adobe.com
3. Remove the entries and save the file

How do I find the menuID for the Photoshop Transform menu
I am new to using ExtendScript and want to create a script that starts by selecting Transform >> Skew. The JavaScript script reference mentions the method 'runMenuItem' but I don't know how to find the menuID to use it.

On my windows system I have it installed at all times. Which will make recording Photoshop tool recording while recordind actions impossible for Adobe disables that Photoshop feature when the scriptlistener Plug-in is installed. Which I do not mind for the Photoshop tool recording features was not designed or implemented well. Actions with tools recordings also only work when the actions are used on documents the same size and resolution that the actions were recorded.
With the Script listener plug-in installed on my Windows system I prevent the log files from becoming large by making them READ only. When I want the plugin to actually record what I do ins Jacascript. I will start a little Windows BAT file to control to control and utilize the Javascript log file. The bat file is in a little Line Command window in the lower right corner of my display. With it I control the Javascript log file Read only attribute so I can turn on and off the recording. The bat also enables me to extract what I need from the log file and also and can also clear out the log file .

I have followed the instructions, gone to my command/order which states I have paid for the product and it is ready to download. I have then, gone to 'my downloads' and it advises me that I have no downloads available! What next?
The product is online and accessible via the web site. It was accessed via an email connection.

If I start a one year contract for photoshop/lightroom, and then 6 months in, I want to upgrade to the full cloud, do I get out of the rest of the payments for the photoshop/lightroom, and just start paying a total cloud fee?

i have my photoshop cc installed on my Mac and my windows laptop is it true that I can only use one or the other now? and if this is the case if my mac were turned off should my laptop now work? I am on the photoshop photography program its just that i have never noticed tho before i have my mac turned on and the laptop PS works fine on the Mac but not on the Laptop

I quote: You may install software on up to two computers. These two computers can be Windows, Mac OS, or one each.
If you install on a third computer, it will request you to de-activate on the other two computers. You can then reactivate one of the previous two computers, and use Creative Cloud apps on it.
