I went through the help but I got to be missing something because it says I should right click on the camera and go Driver»NI-IMAQdx IIDC Digital Camera. There is no Driver when I right click on the camera and I end up getting another error message saying :

So I got two error messages & I'm pretty sure its the same problem. You have to excuse me I'm a bit new to this plus - as most of you are- I'm self taught, so I'm still rough on the edges.

I just got an apple tv and it dosen't work at all. I tried to use the home share feature with my iMac and both devices don't see each other, yet they are o the same network. I am not using a apple router. I tried updating the apple tv to see if that would resolve the issue but now the status light just blinks rapidly. I'm just after attempting to play an avi file with Quicktime player on windows7 and all I got was a blank screen. Is there any particular reason that this is happening, or is quicktime incapable of playing avi files without going pro?
The QuickTime Player doesn't have the right codec for that specific AVI. Purchasing QuickTime Pro will make no difference; it doesn't contain any additional codecs.

How do I export my iMovie '11 video and burn it to a DVD? I've tried 'Share' - 'Media Browser', 'iDVD', and 'Export Movie' but always get an error message indicating that my movie is too long to publish. Thoughts? Additionally, what does 'File' 'Finalize Project' do?
Instead of Share to Media Browser, what happens if you try Share Menu > Export Movie... (choose Large size) and save it to the Desktop?
If that fails try Share Menu > Export using QuickTime...
Then pick Movie to QuickTime Movie, then click on Options... which is just to the right of Export
Under the Video section click on Settings...
Then in the pulldown menu at the top, titled Compression Type: Choose Apple Intermediate Codec. Then click OK. And click OK again, and save it to the desktop. Once the .mov file is created, you can import that into iDVD and most likely it will work in Wondershare Creator if you prefer to use that instead. -
I rented, then downloaded an iTunes movie and all I got was 92 minutes of white -- no audio, no video. I'm stymied. Any clues out there?

I uninstalled iTunes the first time because it wasn't updating my phone. And now, when I go to re-install it I am getting an error message that says "The installer has insufficient privelages to modify this file" (x86) I don't know how to get around this and now I can't sync or update my phone or anything because I don't have iTuunes so it's pointless.

Trying to Open PSE 9 and get Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error Message HELP please! :)
Everything worked fine until I paid and downloaded a program called Rad Lab that works in Photoshop Elements. I got that downloaded and then tried to open PSE and it won't open and I keep getting this error message.
I've attached a screen shot of what the message is. Also Adobe ran an update on my computer and it came up with an error message as well. Adobe Photoshope Elements 9.0.3. Update- "Patch cannot be applied. Please contact customer support"
So I called customer support and the wait time is over 1 hour so here I am on this forum trying to get some answers! If anyone can help I would appreciate it so much!!!

Tried ordering a print and all I got was Asian text...
When I try ordering a print (either right clicking on the image or going to the file menu) a pop-up window appears with an Asian text (I can't read it). After a second or two it brings up the order prints page which shows you the image size and cost from Kodak. Once on the Kodak page more words appear in an Asian language and I cannot log into my account. The account info button is greyed out.
I am using Aperture 1.5.2 2D19. I purchased this application in an Apple Store in Atlanta and installed it on my Power Mac Dual 2.5 Ghz.
Any ideas?

The voice memos, in particular, are important as they contain several conversations I had with my, now decieced, grandmother. I was under the mistaken impression that everything was being backed up nightly when I was connected to wi-fi at home and plugged in to a charger.
You could try restoring the backup again. Sometimes people have more success the second time.

I have paid for this movie but am unable to watch it because no matter what I do it won't load. I've checked my wireless connection and it seems to be working fine, and netflix works on the Apple Tv but I can't seem to get this movie to play (and not it is not and HD movie), help!
I was given these steps to follow when I had a similar problem:
1) Quit iTunes. 2) Follow the instructions for the appropriate operating system in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1597 3) After removing the SC Info folder, reopen iTunes. 4) Choose Check for Available Downloads from the Store menu. 5) If prompted, enter your account name and password, then click the Check button. 6) After the movie finishes downloading, choose Authorize Computer from the Store menu. 7) Enter your account name and password, then click the Authorize button. -

This is totally insane!! They took someone's money in a sec by 'MISTAKE' but haven't returned after 10days.
I already have chatted with two staffs about this but different from what they promised, this still has not solved yet!
My devoted time for this was totally wasted and I am still in suffering.
I think this is theft!!! What shall I do more?!I am really sorry to bring this issue to the forum but had no choice. Like I mentioned above, I already have contacted them but never returned me back. Sick of chatting with those staffs who act like answering machine and wasting my time because of their mistake. After I finally decided to post this last night, then they called me this morning that I have to wait 5days more.

why cant i download itunes on my windows 7 pc? i used to have itunes on my pc once but it was not uploded for a while and got deleted...and now i have tried to download it and all i got was "thanks for download itunes"...after that i have tired to dwnload it from another web browser and ive got the same thing.....!!
Perhaps try downloading and saving a copy of the installer to a different PC. (If you're on a 32-bit Windows system, try to download on a different 32-bit Windows system.) Copy the iTunesSetup.exe installer to an external hard-drive, or a large-enough thumb drive or burn it to a CD-R. Carry the installer back to your PC, copy the installer to your hard drive. (Don't run the install from the ExHD, thumb or CD-R.) Start the install by doubleclicking the iTunesSetup.exe file.

Hi i have a white screen problem with my macbookpro mid2009 15".I installed a ifixit battery and i think it screwed up one owc ssd drive.I just installed a new one and at 13min battery left it shut down and then all i got was a white screen...I tried every feasible command and all i got was some more white lol.I dont have my tools to open the case right now but do you guys think my cpu board is done?

I plugged my ipod touch into my computer to sync it and it came up with an error message saying that it encoutered an internal error and it refused to sync.
I then unplugged it and plugged it back in and this time it told me that I needed to restore from a backup or set it up as a new ipod. I tried to restore from a backup but it came up with the error message "Backup session failed" every time. I then looked on my ipod and all of my music and movies are gone though it still says that they are on the ipod in itunes. I decided to use the restore function and let that finish. After restoring it still doesn't allow me to sync or back up and The music and movies can still not be seen. I am currently attempting to copy the music and movies to my ipod though this did not work with my apps as they transfered but when I attempted to open them they just crash... If someone could please help me it would be great. It is driving me crazy.If you get an error that says can't backup, try moving the existing backup file to a safe location and thry again. again.
