I tried downloading 4.0 and still can't open AOL or Netflix.
Just blue writing comes up. No pictures or graphics. I can't watch movies with the new 5.0 and when I redownloaded the old version, the same thing happened. This happened last week and I had a devil of a time gettting it to work again. Don't remember how I did it but I'm fed up. I guess I'll have to stick to Chrome which is not as good as the old Mozilla. Shoot!

You say, you downloaded everything - did you download the Library upgrader? And did you install and run it? Was there any error message?
If your iPhoto library has been upgraded ny the upgrader, you should be able to upgrade it to your current iPhoto version by double clicking it to launch iPhoto on it. Have you tried that? What happens when you try?
One problem to check for - iPhoto may be unable to open your iPhoto library, if it is not on a dsk formatted MacOS X Extended (Journaled). Check the formatting of the drive with your iPhoto library.

Downloaded 8.2 and still can't burn...
I burned a disc right after I downloaded the new version hoping that it finally take of the burn problem. It took forever but it finally spit out a disc. 8 tracks long and it played until track 7 then nothing. track 8 and 1-6 all play so I thought I would try another one. I made a play list and started the burn and it kicked out with a error code 4020 message. That's a new one but not surprising. What really bums me is that I spent a $50 gift card on new music after x-mas and still can't burn any of it.
Are you able to download apps?
If so, have you checked that the Apps tab is selected under preferences in iTunes?

Tried to download a book on to iBook 2. Days ago and it froze and still can't open iBooks again
Was trying to download a new book but when I went in to the author and tried to open the book it all froze and I can not get to open my iBooks now
Delete the iBooks app then reinstall.
Tap and hold the iBooks app on your iPad then tap the circle with an x then tap Delete. Press the Home button once or twice to stop the apps from jiggling.
Now tap the App Store icon. Type in: iBooks in the search field top right corner of the window. Tap the iBooks app to reinstall.
Restart your iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPad. To turn iPad back on, press and hold the Sleep/Wake until the Apple logo appears.
Now try opening the book you downloaded. -

I have updated my PSE9 and still can not open the RAW files from my new camera, I get an error?
I bought a new camera (Canon T5i) and took photos in RAW, tried to open them in PSE9 and they wouldn't open. I got the following error...

I have been to the link & downloaded what update it had. I have also done the available updates on my PSE9 and I am still getting this error messge. When I called Canon regarding this they said I needed to contact Adobe.
Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong or not doing so I can open these files???The T5 is supported by Camera RAW 8.4 which needs PSE12. You can use the Canon software to convert RAW to TIF or the Adobe DNG Converter. I have been trying to open a .jar file on a new Acer laptop. I installed the JAVA, however, when I try to open the .jar files it only brings me back to install Java. The computer is an Acer and the program files are located at C:\Acer\ProgramFiles instead of C:\program files. Do I need to change the web browser somehow to read at C:\Acer\ProgramFiles\?
