I tried genius on iPad and I get a black box

So I tried turning on the genius on the iPad and as soon as I turned it on it gave me a black box about the size of the terms and condition thing then I can't download any apps or even move it form the feature screen
Any one pls help me with this problem

I'm trying to export a finsihed movie to QT. But after it compresses and no matter what settings i try, i just get a black box in the QT player with audio only. I have QT 7.2 -- anyone have a clue?

I imported a 175MB .mov into the project. I added a few minor audio elements and a few basic transitions. I exported using H.264 with default settings (and I've tried other codecs as well). After the export, I click on the .mov file and when it plays, the screen is black and all I get is audio.

In I Photo using edit the selected photo is not increased in size and I get a black box around the ! displayed. Whats up with this?

Maybe you should test these things before calling people out, because these settings do function perfectly well.
iCloud is not supported on Snow Leopard or lower, why bother to mention it?
The OP has an iCloud account, and that can not be opened without Lion or Mountain Lion (on a Mac), IOS5 or 6 (on an iPhone/iPad)

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

Check for .dll files
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes and C:\Program Files\iTunes and look for .dll files.
If you find QTMovie.DLL, or any other .dll files, move them to the desktop.
Reboot your computer.
Note: Depending on your operating system, you may only have one of the listed paths.
Uninstall and reinstall iTunes
Uninstall iTunes and all of its related components.
Reboot your computer. If you can't uninstall a piece of Apple software, try using the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility.
Re-download and reinstall iTunes 11.1.4.

i tried to upgrade itunes and i get windows error 7 - it says "The procedure entry point AVCFPlayerEnableHardwareAcceleratedVideoDecoderKey could not be located in the dynamic link library AVFoundationCF.dll

Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7,now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "Apple Application Support" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "Apple Application Support", click "Change" and then click "Repair".
If no joy after that, try the more rigorous uninstall/reinstall procedure from the following post. (If you've got XP, although the procedure is for Vista and 7, just read "Computer" as "My Computer", read "Uninstall a program control panel" as "Add or Remove programs control panel" and assume the system is 32-bit, and you'll be doing the right things.)
