Periodically delete all apps from the recently-used bar (double clickHome button) and power off and then back on the iPod. With iOS 5, the iPod uses more memory (do not confuse with storage) and periodically you have to reclaim memory for use.

From Apple support, I found out this file is in the operating system folder. Apple support is satisfied that it's not a virus because a virus wouldn't be mixed with the operating system files. I only have familiarity with PCs and know that malware frequently disguises itself within the Windows operating system. Are there any out there who are adept with OS X 10.8.2? There must be someone. I mean, people code software for new Macs all the time. Anything would be helpfull: a book, an article--anything. I don't want to spend money on an antivirus program that may not even work and probably also slow down my computer. I went through all the major antivirus programs on my PCs. All of them allowed malware to get onto my computers. And what's worse, they couldn't delete the viruses. They would just give complicated instructions that involved manually editing the registry in Windows. The primary reason I bought a Mac is that I was told at a Mac retail store that I don't need an antivirus program; that the operating system is designed with built in barriers to malware. I thank anyone in advance for help.

You can only sync to 1 computer at a time.
To put the music on it from the other computer, you switched the sync computer to that one.
If the music was purchased from iTunes and is under the same ID as your home computer, why don't you go into iTunes, open the store, click on the purchased link and download it from there?

The movie would be in your iTunes library, in the Movies application. However, if the rental period has expired, you may need to contact the iTunes Store Support about your situation:

I strongly recommend you use compressor to do the conversion (if it will open the files - since quicktime will open them, it will more than likely do it.
Compressor allows you to customize presets and save them and apply them to multiple files. Although the interface may seem daunting, it's actually pretty simple.
Even if you can edit the avi in fcp, it's not a good idea. Liable to cause problems down the road.

Downgrading is not supported.
Here are some basic troubloeshooting tips:
- Quit the App by opening multi-tasking bar, and swiping the App upward to make it disappear. (For iOS 6, holding down the icon for the App for about 3-5 seconds, and then tap the red circle with the white minus sign.)
- Relaunch the App and try again.
- Restart the device. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
- Reset the device. (Same article as above.)
- Reset All Settings (Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings)
- Restore from backup. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766 (If you don't have a backup, make one now, then skip to the next step.)

- Test the issue after each step. If the last one does not resolve the issue, it is likely a hardware problem.

Don't waste your time asking for a downgrade of the iOS. That's not an option.

I have an iPad 3, iPad Mini and iPhone 5S and they are all sluggish on capitalisation using shift keys. I hope that Apple will solve the problem because it is driving me crazy.
I find using a Microsoft Surface and Windows 8 phone, which I also have, work as well as all the ios devices before the ios 7 upgrade.
It has something to do with the length of time that you need to hold the shift key down. The shift key needs to be held longer than the letter key for the capitalisation to work. For some reason, this is a major change in the way we have learnt to touch type on computers. I am having to relearn how to type!

Can anyone help, for the first time having a problem with a burned idvd which the sound stops part way through. If sound turned right up on TV muffled sound
is there. Edited on computer and all works fine with full sound right the way through, only trouble is on the disc. Have tried many discs, so does not appear to

If any of the music files didn't come from Apple, then you will need to seek the advice of another Mac website, like MacRumors or Apple Insider, to inquire about the latest third party software that can place ALL the files back onto the Mac.
Supposedly there is a way to reverse only iTunes purchased music back onto a Mac, it excludes the music from other sources.

No, you cannot run iTunes on an Android device, it runs on Windows or a Mac only.
