I downloaded Mavericks, but now I cannot launch Finder. When I right click it says "Application Not Responding." And when I single click, it says "Finder Cannot be Opened." I tried to contact Apple Support, but blocks the sharescreen from launching too.

I'm not sure what the deal is... It won't allow a multitude of programs to launch or run... I re-installed Mavericks and tried repairing the disk, etc... Does anyone have a fix? Thank you!

I managed to search Consule from the spotlight and pull up the crash logs... I had to Select, Copy, and Paste extremely quick, as the crash is in a continuous loop cycle and keeps filling the logs and deleting the old ones.

Skype take money from my account but I haven't rec...

I had a nightmare trying to get credit onto my skype account. After a couple of frustrating hours I gave up, only to receive a bank statement showing £11.50 taken twice by skype. But as I do not have enough "privileges' I cant use skype Community. What can I do?

I have had exactly the same problem. Skype has taken £30 debited to me, but it's not showing as a credit on my Skype account. Where do we find out what Skype has done with our money

Are you sure it took your money? If you log into your account in iTunes on a computer does it show in your Purchase History?

Contact Apple support at 800MYAPPLE and ask them to assist you with resetting your security quesitons.
They will ask you to verify your identity. Not usually a big issue. Call them ask for assistance.
They can walk you through getting the security question issues resolved.
