I checked with my bank to see what such a beast could be. So you have an account in the bank that serves as collateral for the secured credit card and the line of credit available on the card is equal to the amount on deposit in the collateral bank account?
So the issue is between the iTunes payment system and your bank. It might be best to see what the bank has as a record of your attempt to make the purchase. I doubt any fellow users here can offer much insight as too why the system won't accept your payment method on this attempted purchase. -

thanks.I have been with SKYPE for over three years and have always used an Ulitmate Game card ( for personal security reasons ) with PAYBYCASH . Credit over the $10 USD has always been put into a stored value account with PAYBYCASH. When my balance with SKYPE has reached a point that I needed more I would simply click on my PAYBYCASH ADD MORE CREDIT and the stored balance would be transferred over to my Skype account.This has worked until NOW.
I currently have a stored value with PAYBYCASH but can not get it to transfer over to my Skype account because PAYBYCASH is no longer listed in the dropdown as a payment choice even though it is listed for my country/region as a payment choice. I have an almost endless STREAM of messages with PAYBYCASH and Skype customer services and all they can come up with is that I must have moved out of my country or to just SIMPLY click on PAYBYCASH . I can not get these people to understsnd it is obviously a program error beyond the capabilty of the level that I am dealing with at customer service. This problem has only come up since Microsoft took over Skype. OMG maybe they have screwed this up like they have screwed WINDOWS. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to deal with these lower level people who can only use the canned pariot solutions to problems before this STREAM turns into a RIVER of reget that I ever got with Skype. Maybe I should just drop SKYPE /WINDOWS and pick an APPLE off the Internet Tree? -

Way too many users post here about problems with this game. The only thing that you can do is contact the app developer or iTunes Store Support. Of course, it would be helpful if you explained in detail what happens when you try to make an in app purchase.

Why is itunes blocking my and others accounts from buying diamonds and cash in the iron force game. I have been blocked for the past 3day April 28_29_30from being able to buy the diamond mine 1650 diamonds for $ 99.99 and another package of diamonds for $ 49.99' this looks like the old bait an d switch game where a great deal is offered and then you adore forced to buy something less expensive. I have been in computer business for over 30 yrs and all iyunes needs to do is reset the accounts on their system yet they don't want to do that. Also of note I was allowed to buy small amounts of diamonds only to see that some were taken from my account when I was signed and no message as to why this was done. I had 1230 diamonds and did. Not play the game an the next thing was I had only 1170 diamond?.? What's that all about. Itunes is not respecting customers or. Good business practices. And very. Unable to set the date & time screensaver in nokia...
I enabled the settings in the phone. Once the keypad is locked, the backlight goes off and unable to see the date & time screensaver. The screen saver is visible only after i press any key.
