I tried to change my apple I.D on my ipod touch in my settings and in my settings it says its changed but when i try to download an app it asks me for my password for my old account. how do i fix this? i tried to sign out then sign in again and it failed

Just what happenede when you signed out and signed back in in Settings>iTunes and App Store? What does "fail" mean?

You do. Your system is either Windows or Mac (or maybe a couple of other less popular choices) and a version of one or the other.
When you set up your machine, you were asked for an administrator user name and password. You need both of these to install software. -
I got an 15 dollar iTunes card for Christmas. I took a picture of the card code to redem the card I accomplished that but when I try to download an app that cost money it asks me two security questions that I forgot the awnsers to. Than I click the forgot security questions than it sends it to my email but that's the problem I do not get any email.
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of doing so include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

ThanksGo into Settings App and turn OFF Find My iPhone. It will ask for your old password, but in the future you can use your new Apple ID account. I am English but I live in Spain. when I try to download an app now, as well as my password i get asked to complete a security question from a list. The problem is the list is in Spanish. How can I turn this additional security off.
Please note: I dont speak Spanish.

- To change ID go to Settings>Store and sign out and sign in with the one you want. If you iPod has iOS 5 you may have to also go to Settings>iCloud and sign into the second account.
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account. -
I just brought a brand new Macbook pro retina display, when i connect it to my apple tv through airplay its too slow and when it try to play a movie apply tv is always a minute or 2 behind. How can i fix this?

When i try to buy an app from the app store it ask for my billing imformation and when i type everything in it tells me the imformation does not match my bank records. Ive also tried using my wifes card to buy apps and it says the same thing. Any ideas?

Are you putting in the address where the bank sends the monthly statement?
Apple's servers are very picky about the format of the address. If you live in the USA, then the server is expecting the style that the US Postal Service uses. One way to do this is to use the USPS ZIP Code lookup service;

Enter the address to look up the ZIP code and then copy the exact USPS output into your iTunes account information. -
