    Turn off the Firewall in System Preferences > Security (or Securtiy & Privacy) > Firewall
    If you have anti virus software installed, you may need to disable that before downloading.
    Restart your Mac and try again.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    It sounds like you are trying to change your login in the Tunes store through iTunes on your computer, which you can only do once in 90 days, which you don't need to do for this.
    What does your iPad usually sync with.

    Apple has announced they are currently experiencing issues with iTunes store purchases... give it some time to clear up.

    No. You need to buy it for your Apple ID and for the other. You will have problems with updates

    I downloaded two films from iTunes whichever failed however I was still charged-I didn't receive an iTunes receipt email how else can I raise a request to have this refunded ?

    Does the film show on your account's purchase history e.g. the purchase went through, it's not just a temporary store holding charge ?
    If it is a proper charge and the film doesn't show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your iPad for downloading then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

  • I can not get my itunes to recognize my ipod touch, I called support and when i found out there was a charge I politely said no thanks and hung up. now I can't even get the itunes to download!!

    I have tried since Chrismas to use my Ipod touch and have not been able to!  I have uninstalled and reinstalled itunes more often then I care to admit!  I called support and when I found out there is a charge ($59.95) I declined and hung up.  I now can't even download itunes!  I guess I find that a little fishy.  I was so happy with this gift and now I am so frustrated I am about to return it and never purchase another apple product again! I have gotten nothing but the run around when trying to get assistance for a very expensive music player!   HELP PLEASE

    When trying tp download a movie or song that i've purchased from my cloud I receive this msg. "You can download past purchases on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days". Any help would be most appreciated!

    Ringtones are currently a one-time only download from the store.   • IPod connects and charges, but now doesn't show up on desktop or in iTunes

    I've seen numerous threads/topics about iPods not connecting/showing up...and most say to reset, but if i can't even get it to show up in iTunes in order to reset how do I go about this?? Also, if I reset, am I losing all my music/worked saved on it??
    I plug it in and it flashes like normal when its connected on the iPod screen, but it doesnt show up on the desktop or pop up in iTunes.

    A reset is just rebooting the iPod. You will not lose anything and can be done without a computer...
    Put the hold switch to the OFF/White position. Now toggle it ON/orange then back off again. Then press and hold both the MENU and center buttons on the iPod and hold them for a good 15 seconds or so. Your iPod should reboot starting with the Apple Logo screen.
    If it doesn't work the first time, give it a second or third go. Sometimes it takes a few/several tries.

    Also you might try forcing the iPod into disk mode first, then connecting it to your computer and see if that makes it show up in iTunes...
