Just downloaded and installed CS6 but Acrobat didn't come through

After installing my new CS6 suite, I was told (by the program error code) that there was an error in installing the Acrobat component of my CS6 Web Premium and Design package. All other components installed successfully. How do I re-install the Acrobat without uninstalling and re-installing the entire Suite? I have Windows 8.

Welcome to the Community!
As Acrobat came with the suite so you will have to install the complete suite, before that I suspect you might have a previous version of Acrobat installed, if yes please uninstall it and then start installing the suite.
PS: There is no need to uninstall the suite, start installing the suite and while selecting products just select Acrobat.

HT203167 I found my media files. How do I get them back into my itunes library. I have tried :add to library" and copy & paste but that didn't work.

Actually the original offer, from months ago, did require that. But you're right, they eased the restriction I think in December. That restriction has apparently been restored.
I'm sorry to say I don't know of any way to get the $9.95 plan without a qualifying older version now.

Since few days, Firefox crashes when trying to open local php files - without using localhost . It shoudn't. I tried to unsinstall everything and reinstall. But it didn't work. I use a mac osX 10..6

I'm a beginner web developper. When I try to open php files, Firefox crashes and open millons of new firefox windows . I have no choice other than forcing Firefox to quit. When I use the localhost adress, it's Ok. But because I usually open the file directly from a folder in my HDD, (it's faster to dothis way) transforming it after with the localhost/~username/file ... it' s quite irritant.

If so, that's an indication that the startup disk needs repairing.

If you cancel the offer in a year, you lose PS CC and LR CC in a year. But if you own LR5, you will still have LR5.

Photoshop and lightroom re-install

I have Photoshop and lightroom installed but I need to re-install Windows on my pc because of problems I'm having. I have an extremely slow internet connection. Are there certain files I can backup that will reduce the re-install time of PS and lightroom? Otherwise I am looking at a couple of days to download.

Products from the Creative Cloud subscription needs to be downloaded from the Creative Cloud desktop app only. We cannot back up the files.
Once you have re-installed your Windows you can download the Creative cloud desktop app by login in to the below link:

Once you have signed in click on Apps tab and try downloading the Photoshop and Lightroom.

I have CC 2014, Photoshop and Lightroom installen but it is not clear to me if Bridge is included. Does the installation increase the annual price?

Bridge CC must be separately installed via the Cloud app.

You need to uninstall the trial applications and reinstall from the CC app.

This has nothing to do with your pictures. As long as LR works, nothing happens. The CC app merely has lost an entry in the installer database. Would a reinstall fix it? Sure. Is it necessary? Not really (until the next version or update). So unless you have too much time to spend or something isn't working, I'm sure you can find more interesting things to do with your tiem. Otherwise use the cleaner tool and get to it:

That is priceless!!! Thanks! I sure needed a good laugh after spending/wasting hours & days trying to either get my c6280 to give up on its Ink System Failure fixation, or find a decent replacement. Unfortunately I need the Smart Web Printing feature that I guess only HP has, or I'd try a different brand. And now even HP has very few models with that available.
My error msg is a little different from those previously stated, but close: 0xc18a0201. Even tho there were frustrations with my c6280, I did like several of its unique features which are hard to find now under $100. I hate how HP (& I suppose other brands also) are CONSTANTLY changing models & then of course ink cartridges.
Oh heavens, I've had the c6280 a whopping 2 1/2 years! I'm sure they want us poor slobs to have to buy a new one every year & a day! To say nothing of the exorbitant prices for ink. And now if this one is really dead in the water, I have SIX unused #02 ink cartridges which I cannot return---I got them in a combo pack, & for some reason have wound up with THREE lite pink & THREE lite blue cartridges, while having to buy extras of the other colors, that ran out before the others!!! Yeah, & what's with that not being able to print in BLACK if a color runs out????
Anyway I really loved your essay! It's a classic! And says it all! I hate that we have to be 'slaves' to the electronic 'wonders'!!!
