I tried to install iOS6 and now i am stuck in an endless loop of restoring my phone.
Like the title says..... i can't do anything but endlessly click restore phone..... HELP!

Tried to install iLife '11, now I'm stuck in a login loop
First my MacBook froze up upon installation complete. So I restarted and now my login screen is stuck in a loop (I login, I see the blue screen, it goes back to the login screen).
PLEASE HELP!Boot into Safe Mode and try launching iPhoto there. If you're able to launch and operate, close, boot back into the normal mode and try again.

i just tried to install the 11.4 update (or whichever one is the most recent update as of 1/26/2014) and when it failed i tried to install manually and now whenever i try to use it, i get the following error: "The application has failed to start because MSVCR80.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." Right after i click ok i then get this error: "Itunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall Itunes. Error 7 (Windows error 126)." I tried to uninstall Itunes and then reinstall the 11.03 version but that didnt work either. I want to know if i copy all of the music in my itunes folder to an external without consolidating can i still transfer all my itunes music from my current windows xp pc to a brand new one and have my current itunes library in my new pc? Basically i just want to know 3 things: What exactly does consolidating the itunes library do? Can i copy, paste, and transfer my itunes library to an external and from there to a new pc? Will i be able to transfer my itunes library without consolidating the files?
I have found a temporary solution, allowing the previous version of iTunes (v. 11.1.3 (x64) in my case) to be re-installed. It will allow you to re-establish use of iTunes until the Apple software engineers fix the most recent disasterous upgrade (v. 11.1.4). It sounds like you may have multiple problems, but none of them are likely to be caused by malware.
First, the internet-related issues may be related to adware or a network compromise. I tend to lean more towards the latter, based on your description of the problem. See:

If investigation shows that this is not a network-specific issue, then it's probably adware. See my Adware Removal Guide for help finding and removing it. Note that you mention AdBlock as if it should have prevented this, but it's important to understand that ad blockers do not protect you against adware in any way. Neither would any kind of anti-virus software, which often doesn't detect adware.
As for the other issues, it sounds like you've got some serious corruption. I would be inclined to say it sounds like a failing drive, except it sounds like you just got it replaced. How did you get all your files back after the new drive was installed?

You have to put the iPod touch into the recovery mode.

ive been struggling with the same thing myself. i was told to rename the drive that my ipod was on ie. F to Z and then reboot and try the restore process in itunes again but make sure your ipod is plugged in the entire time. im about to try this myself. goodluck!

Can someone help? I have installed iOS6 and had to change my yahoo password. I get the "server unavailable"message constantly. I have tried the fixes I find on the web without success. Any suggestions?

Tried to install foo2zjs and now PS/2 mouse and keyboard won't work
I was trying to install the foo2zjs tarball from their website and after doing so, I lost the usage of my PS/2 mouse and keyboard in X.
The keyboard works fine outside of X, but once X starts, it can't see it. Other input devices are working fine, like my USB game controller.
I deleted all the /etc/X11 and /etc/xinited* files and removed xorg xorg-drivers and reinstalled them and no hope.
The keyboard and mouse were being detected automatically, and I never had to edit anything for them to work, so why are they not working now?
I even removed foo2zjs and disabled the CUPS daemon and still no hope.
Any idea how I can debug this any further?

Unplugging and replugging my keyboard made it work, but not the mouse. Maybe because it's the PS/2 thing. Anyway, downgrading the two packages solved the two issues. -

I tried to install iso7 and now i cant connect to wifi
I started to download iso7 this morning i had my iphone 4s connected to my home wifi. it sarted to download fine but after 5mins it lost connection to wifi and paused the download. i tried to connect back on the wifi but it wouldnt even see my my home wifi.
I reset my network setting turned my phone on and off tried to connect again and it found my home network but when i put in password it came up with a warning "failed to connect to nework".
I thought i would try at work but have the same problem.

How can I restart a mac pro that shows only a grey screen with a spinning wheel. I reinstalled snow leopard (10.6.3) over 10.6.8 because apple genious people said I had problems with my library files after a time capsule crash. I reinstalled but when done I got only a blue screen. I restarted with the power button and tried to insall 10.6 combined upgrades. I got an error message that it could not install because of an error. When I powered down and tried to restart, I get only a grey screen. My optical drive does not open so I can't restart from another source.
Restart, holding down the mouse button. That should eject the disc. Zap the PRAM and Reset the SMC. Then, pop in the install disc, restart with it in again, select your language, and, when the menu bar pops up, select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. select the boot volume and repair the disk.

So I tried to downloaded IOS6 and now my ipod wont work.
Ive tried everything, I tried resetting, restoring, but it wont work! When I tired to restore it said "unknown error occured (3194)". I really need help, I use my ipod for school and really need it fixed, I live over 1hr away from the apple store so its not an option to take it back.

Make sure you check all of the pages. I saw at least one instance were most of the apps were moved one page to the right.

Hi.
I have just tried to update Ipad to IOS6.1, but it failed during install. The pad now seems to be stuck in recovery mode.
I have tried to restore to factory settings but I get a error code 3194
During attempted restore the restore screen does not show the Ipad name, serial number or software version number.
