Help, I tried to do the new 8.1 update and it says I'm now in recovery mode.

Ever since I did the latest update the 8.02 or whatever every app keeps freezing so I decided to do the 8.1 today. I tried that and it put my phone into recovery mode. Do you not have an iCloud or iTunes backup of your device?
You should always update any device (phone, computer, etc...) before updating.
It is never a good idea to keep the only copy of your photos/videos on your mobile device.
You should be transferring them to your computer then backing them up.
Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or Windows PC

I just installed the new itunes software update and it completely whiped my computer and have lost all my files? can some one expalin to me what happened and how do i undo it?

Installing an iTunes update does not remove your media or personal files.
Are the files actually missing off the computer, if so, you have a serious computer issue... not a software update issue.
Regardless, use the backup of your media and other important files to put everything back. You do have a backup, correct?

I'm trying to save a custom patch in Garageband 10.0.2. Even though the new patch is saved and listed, when i re-open GB it's either reverted back to what it was previously or is blank.

I'm finding it really frustrating to save a custom patch in Garage Band 10.0.2. I'm assigning new sounds to keys using the 'musical typing keys' and saving the patch. When I re-open Garage Band, the patch name is saved but all the information has reverted back to the original sounds OR it is completly blank. Can anyone help?

'musical typing keys'
The musical typing is a legacy instrument from GarageBand '11. You can use it, and drop samples to the keys, but GarageBand 10.0 does not save the patch. If you still have GarageBand '11 installed, create the custom sampler instrument in GarageBand '11 and save it there. It will appear in the library in the "User Channel Strip Section" category.

I don't know if this will make sense to you but I'm thinking that if I restore the back up data on this phone..on my stolen phone it will like forget the icloud account or something and think this phone is the stolen one so when I go to track the stolen one, it will show that phone as the one I have now because I restored the back up from that phone.

You are on Windows 2000, you do not have a "Firefox" button, and should consider yourself to be fortunate in that you still have menus and don't have to do anything to get the menus back instead of the "Firefox" button. (The same applies to Windows XP users).
Use the "File" menu to get to Import. You are not on Windows 7 or Vista, and don't have to put up with the nonsense added for Aero.
If you want the "Firefox" button you can get it with View -> toolbars -> (uncheck) Menu Bar. The menu bar and the "Firefox" button were supposed to be mutually exclusive (which is impossible in some cases without being incompatible).

Use the "Alt" key to view the menu bar (temporarily) containing File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, and Help. On Windows 7 and Vista, the menu bar was hidden by default in Firefox 4 and above. These menu items are more or less available under the "Firefox" button which has the most used of the built-in Firefox menu items available in a different format.

Just did the new Windows XP update and Fireworks CS# doesnt recognize the fonts

Can anyone help me out? this affects all my previous work all the old layouts just dont recognize the font that is still installed in the system, however if I rewrite it recognizes the font. Just dont want to rewrite all the text in all my past work which is a lot.

I got ITunes and my IPHone talking to each other again. First off my Iphone was linked with the usb cable to my iphone. Also my PC could conect with my phone and transfer files.
This may be too simplistic, but I restarted my PC with the Iphone still conected and turned on. When the startup was complete I opened ITunes. Iphone was still not recognized. Then I unpluged my Iphone and plugged it back in.
The Iphone then became visible and the auto sync started up. All Good.

Just upgraded Muse to the new 2014.3 update and now it crashes

When trying to launch Muse it generates the 'Adobe Muse CC quit unexpectedly' crash report.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Muse. Also updated Adobe Air to the latest version to no avail.
What a pain! Seems like everyone else is having problems with this.

I don't have a solution for the 2014.3 update problem but I've just worked out (after a full day of pulling what's left of my hair out) that you can roll it back to the previous version that worked (2014.2.1.10 I think it was).
You would have to uninstall Muse first, then re-locate it in the 'find new apps' section of the Creative Cloud app. Click on the 'All Apps' drop down menu and select previous version, when you click on install this will give you the available versions to select for download.

Did you see a Firefox icon in the top left corner? If so, click on it and the Menu Bar will appear. If you want to have the Menu Bar shown instead of the icon, you can CHECK the Menu Bar and it'll stay on.
To find the Add-ons list: Tools > Add-ons and the lists of your add-ons and plug-ins are there.

it is an itouch, i buy apps from the app store, they are purchased, they show up in my app section but when i try to sync them to my itouch they do not show up in on the itouch. i have tried to atuthorize and deauthorize the computer also few times, rebooted computer and still nothing. when i restore the firmware and have everything reinstall all over again the apps music and such, all show up. however if i buy a new app and try to sync it with the itouch it does not show up despite the fact that the computer states 'installing "......" whatever app. it happens with numerous apps, there is no rhyme and reason to why certain apps just do not show up on the itouch. the authorize/deauthorize deal does nothing to rectify the situtaion. any other ideas ?

You need to find the format of the drive by looking at its info, my guess would be you are currently in NTFS (windows only) mac can use any mac os journaled or non journaled, or you can use fat32 which is usable on both pc and mac but is unable to move files over 4GB so no good for large file transfers. You will need to re format at some point but this will delete everything currently on the drive.
