It is not clear to me what your issue is with not being able to sign in to your Adobe account to find the serial number. You should still be able to sign in and find your serial number if you registered the software.
If your first PC is a Windows machine you might be able to extract the serial number from it using the Belarc Advisor

When you get the message to contact iTunes support, that is what you have to do. There is nobody here that can help you, as it must be some issue with your account or credit card that only an Apple employee can help you with.

Installing the appropriate combo update may help...
If you are running v10..7 Lion, install the OS X Lion Update 10.7.4 (Client Combo)
For 10.6 Snow Leopard > Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo
Then restart your Mac. Try the App Store.
If that doesn't help, try the following..
Quit the App Store if it's open.
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar top of your screen click Go > Go to Folder
Type this exactly as you see it here:
/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration
Click Go
Move the NetworkInterfaces.plist file from the SystemConfiguration folder to the Trash.
Relaunch the App Store and try downloading Mountain Lion.
You may also need to disable anti virus software and turn off the Firewall in System Preferences > Security (or Security & Privacy) > Firewall

Trying to add a line but it says an order is pending

Trying to purchase whole album but I tunes allow only single tracks to be purchased.

I am trying to purchase an album "Teenage Dirtbags" on i tunes but comes up saying: " Your purchase could not be completed, for assistance contact I tunes support" but the weird thing is I can purchae individual songs on the album, can anybody advise why this would happen and if I need to do something in order to purchase the whole album.

You told me its because its Explicit and cant download such tracks but this cant be the case as I have downloaded single tracks with the E symbol meaning Explicit on the same album.
