Now I can't send a photo because i get an error message saying the user name and password do not match.
How do i save a new gmail user name and password??

Delete and recreate your email settings.
Alternatively, use Apple's Mail for the job. It has Templates too - and more of them.

If you can't send mail, but can receive it - Check the outgoing mail server setting. Make sure that your username and password are in there.
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Your email account>Account>Outgoing mail server - tap the server name next to SMTP and check in the primary server and make sure your username and password are entered and correct - even if it says that the password is optional.

HT2155 Ive been trying for days now to set up gmail. I always get the message "user name or password for imap.gmailcom is in correct" I know for a fact that my onfo is correct.

It is not possible to create a new iCloud account using a Windows machine. You must create the account using a Mac (10.7.5 or more) or an IOS device (iPhone etc). Once that is done you can sign into and use the account on your Windows machine.

Deauthorize Audible Account... always appears as a menu selection, even if you deauthorized Audible or never even had an account.
Audible is a different account from iTunes and does not require the same username / password.

This is pretty surprising and wierd that even Reader 10.1.1 is crashing on your system. It works pefectly for me.
Would it be possible for you to get the crash dump, and upload it, so that I can have a look at the same.
Download PROCDUMP from <http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/dd996900.aspx> and extract it to a folder, say, c:\temp\procdump.exe
Open cmd prompt and type "cd c:\temp".
Launch the browser and open the PDF.
Open task manager, sort processed by name. Two AcroRd32.exe instances should have been launched. Note the PID (a small integer like 5588) corresponding to the AcroRd32.exe with the higher memory usage; this is the process that must be crashing. Note this PID.
On the cmd window, type "procdump -e -ma 5588 c:\temp\01.dmp" (replace 5588 with the actual PID of the process noted in Step 4). Procdump will now wait for the aoolication to crash. If it throws a EULA, accept it.
Perform your steps to cause the crash.
Procdump will have created a dump file at "c:\temp\01.dmp". Zip it up (since it will be 100s of MBs otherwise) and share with me.

I'm not able to create Java Cloud Service (Oracle Java Cloud - Virtual Image Services) for my newly created Oracle Database Cloud Service instance. It fails with
"Incorrect values entered

Verify that the user name and password are correct and the user name has SYSDBA privileges."
I'm using SYSTEM user and the password I used during Oracle Database Cloud Service instance creation. I've verified them with sqlplus and also by connecting remotely.
Java Cloud Service wizard doesn't allow me to proceed to instance creation.

The message has been placed in your Outbox. Now when I go to the outbox I can not access it. It is like it's locked. She has and IPad version 1. Any help would be appreciated.

If you can't use the mail app now - if it is frozen - quit the app and restart the iPad.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close mail by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down onthe mail app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Try deleting the account from the iPod and try reentring all the information again. A lot of times it is easier to reenter the information rather than trying to find and correct the error.
Try Googling for how to setup the email account for your provider on an iPhone. You can try for an iPod Touch but frequently that does not exist.
