I tried to sign in but it says my card had declined
i just bought an ipod, and i was creating my itunes store account when a message mark in red said that my credit card was declined and i should verify my credit card values, which i dont understand, my credit card is new and functional. please help me.
If it is an accepted payment method

I have downloaded icloud to my Windows 8 PC and have tried using my Apple ID to sign in but it says it is not an icloud account ID
I have the same problem and unfortunately the only way to get an iCloud ID is to set one up on an Apple device that uses the Apple OS opperating system. If you don't own one, or can't qfford one, then you are simply shut out of using the iCloud. Does it suck? Yes. Is there any solution other than buying an Apple device? No.

Okay so about four days ago my ipad says it has apps to update but whenever i go to the update apps page it will not load and i have tried rebooting signing out but nothing will work, any suggestions?
If you are getting the blank app update screen, many, many people are having this problem over the last couple of days. It is a problem that Apple must fix now.
According to Fly150 in another discussion, this will work.
If you want to update the Apps while waiting for Apple to fix Updates:
1. Go to App Store
2. Select Purchased
3. Select All
4. Scroll down to find the Apps showing update
5. Select update on the Apps
This should update the Apps and get rid of the update count in App Store. Apple needs to fix this. It is a workaround only until then. -

Are you trying to log in to an Acrobat online service via Adobe Reader? If so, please try logging in via a web browser instead. Go to https://cloud.acrobat.com in a supported web browser (see System Requirements | Adobe Acrobat Pro and Online Services) using your Adobe ID and password.

I just found my old ipod touch (i think 1st generation) and would like to let my toddler use it instead of my phone. I am trying to download apps but it say I need to update to 4.3 but it won't let me update. I have the most recent itunes. any idea why? I saw a thread saying to purchase the newest software (that was posted a few years ago) I paid 4.95 for the software and it's still saying it can't be updated. Am I just SOL??
The 1G iPod can only go as high as 3.1.3. The 1G does not have an internal speaker or volume buttons on the upper left edge.

I bought a song off of the itunes store on my iphone but it wont play. I even tried to repurchase it but it says that I already purchased it. I have restarted my phone and turned it off but it still won't download or play. HELP!
Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting that track from your phone and re-download it via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on it, or the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -
I uninstalled itunes to fix some ipod issues, and now I tried to reinstall it but it says that it's already installed. When I went to find the "icon" I can"t find it. When i looked in the download files I saw the downloads, but not the actual itunes "app". Please help thanks!
How did you uninstall it and what were your IPOD issues - that may help clarify the problem.

I had several attempts, and finally left it over night. There seems to be no on-screen notification of what is going on, so one is blind. Eventually I went to iTunes App Shop, which told me that it had downloaded. I found an installation window (I don't know how) and started the installation, but it stopped; this happened twice. Finally it was installed and I was instructed to restart the machine.
It seems that everythings is undercover now! We just need a bit more patience and a lot more faith. -
I recently updated my mac to mavericks, and I can't use my iPhoto unless I update it and I have been trying to update it but it says I've "purchased it on a different account" or "the item has been cancelled/deleted" what do I do? It also says its unavailable. Please help.
Contact App Store support. There's a link on the right hand side of the App Store Window. They're the only ones who can sort out account issues.

Again, Apps will always be tied to the account from which they were purchased and will always have to be updated using that account.

Trying to log in but it says my email is invalid but when I go to create new it says email exists
I keep trying to log in but it says my email and password is invalid, when trying to retrieve password it says email is wrong, try to create new acct it says email already exists. Im trying to print pictures and I'm getting so frustrated, I don't see an option for black and white, or any other options for that matter other than basic. I have the HP Photosmart Series 5515 but I thin my basic Cannon was better, had more options, confused.

May you used Snapfish to create your account?
From the ePrint Center logon screes, click the Snapfish icon ().
Try logging in using the selected passowrd.
If the logon fails, try retrieving the password from the Snapfish logon and and check for any change.
