What's the full message that you get ? Have you checked your email's spam folder to make sure an email from Apple has not been put in there?

I get this error message when I'm trying to buy something from App store.
When i try to buy something from Itunes store i get the error message wich translates to (i get it in Swedish) "At the moment we cannot process your transaction in Itunes store, try again later".
I've been getting this for over 5 hours on both my Iphone and Mac. All my billing information is corect, there is nothing wrong with the card (i have bought other things during this time) and I've tried to log out from the store and restarted my computer.
No one else in Sweden or anywhere else seem to have this problem. What to do?Actually the correct translation is "....We cannot process transactions at this time......" as if the problem is not specific to me. But since none of my friends are having this problem and since no one has written a word on twitter about this during the last couple of hours i would say it probably is specific to me.

Have changed my apple Id to a new email address. its all working fine on my PC and also on come up with the new ID on my icloud page on my iphone but when i try to buy something from itunes etc on my phone, the log in box still contains the old id.

It doesn't sound like you "changed" your Apple ID, sounds like you created a new one. Bad idea. All content bought with an Apple ID is forever tied to that ID. The ID that bought the content is the only ID that can update the content. Apple does not merge IDs not does Apple transfer content from one ID to another. -

Hi, I have a Power Book G4 Tiger 10.4.11 and my problem concerns iTunes 9.2.1(5). I have changed my Apple ID and password recently. Since that, I am told, only when I try to buy something in iTunes Store, that my "session has expired". Where does this come from? What should I do to solve this problem ? I'm using a mid 2014 13" rmbp. I reinstall the Yosemite due to the wifi issue, when finished, the iMovie was not installed, I try to download it from app store, but it's not free. How can I get iMovie back?
It's something to do with the main user account (not iTunes account) on my Mac because I logged in with another account and it downloaded fine, I installed it on the HDD and even though the date in App Store was 16th October 2014, it is the full installer of 10.10.2.
To try to resolve this problem, I have copied the installer app elsewhere and deleted it but App Store still will not allow me to download it with my main user account yet just allowed me to update iTunes.
I had a brainwave last night that it might have been related to me changing the default downloads folder to one not on my boot drive (to save disk space on my main boot drive) but having changed it back, tried again, rebooted and tried yet again, deleted my App Store preferences. nothing has worked. -

On each film's description page in the store there should be a list of the language(s) and/or subtitles that it has on it e.g. here in the UK one of the new releases, Svengali, has listed on its description page :
If there is a particular film that you would like to buy in a particular language that is not currently available in the Swiss store then you can try requesting that it be added, but unless the Swiss rights-holder for the film agrees to it then Apple won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html
All iTunes gift cards are country-specific, so you will only be able to redeem and use the Spanish gift card when you are in Spain with a Spanish billing address on your account.
