I try to delete my history on safari which it does but still random websites keep showing up when i type a letter "g" for google as if I had just visited that page...I believe it just started doing it since the latest update. How can I fix it?
If you regulalry back up your phones in itunes, and havent backed up your phone since this happed, then connect to itunes, click on the restore button under the summary tab and restore your phone from your back up. Then turn on private browsing after thats done.

Just like the question says, Ive deleted the songs from the ipad and when i look in the ipad, they show up grey.
You don't need to delete them form iTunes on your computer. Notice the dotted circles next to the songs. That indicates that the songs are essentially in limbo. They may not be on your iPad or they might appear in the Music app but will not play.
Sometimes unsyncing those songs will totally remove those ghost traces of the music nd sometimes, you have to restore the iPad to get rid of those traces of the songs.
If you Google "grey dotted circles next to songs in iTunes" you will find a plethora of articles that talk about this. -
When Safari opens all of my favourites come up as open tabs. I have tried changing settings and deleting and reopening! I removed all favourites but still all open up at start? I have set a homepage and that doesn't come up upon starting safari either?

By chance have you tried connecting your device to your Desktop (USB Cable) & then opened up the Device Files using iTunes?

My 16gb iPhone 4S keep tell me that my storage is almost full and I don't have enough space for any upgrades. I don't have any music or videos on my phone. Deleting google history on safari
I have a question about deleting my google history from the iPhone. I have cleared the browsing history etc in general settings page but when in google if you type the first letter it gives you options that you have searched before. How do you delete these??
Any suggestions?Ok, I know what you mean now, but don't know if there is a way to clear. Sounds the same as email addresses people complain about. If you hand type an email address when making an email it will remain there as well with no option to clear. The only way to clear (which odds are the same for the search) is to Restore your phone and don't load the backup but start fresh.

I have an extensive itunes library on my pc. I want to delete albums from my ipod but still keep them in my itunes library. Everytime I try to delete by right clicking on the album and choosing delete, I also loose the album from itunes. I have just gotten an old iphone and put just classical and jazz on the iphone and want to delete those albums from my ipod but alas I will be loosing them from the iphone as well as soon as I sync with itunes in the future. I put settings into manual manage music but still the albums go off itunes. Any suggestions?
I'm thinking you sync to your computer over Wi-Fi, if correct, switch to sync when connected to iTunes, turn off sync over Wi-Fi. Hope this helps, Good luck. Cheers.

I downloaded adobe flashplayer as i coulnt access video content on Facebook. now all the videos i watch jerk around. what have i done wrong and how can i fix it? I tried deleted the program to trash then emptyied trash but its still happening
Try emptying your browser cache more often. If you are using Safari, from the menu bar top of your screen click Safari > Empty Cache
Try a video on FB. If can't stream Flash content, back to the menu bar click Safari > Reset Safari. Select the top 5 boxes, click Reset.

IPad auto deleting browser history in safari
My partners iPad(1) 16GB WiFi (Firmware 4.3.3) is deleting all browser history sparadically. For example it was there for 1 week and then deleted for 2 days running. Is this a reported fault or are they just manually clearing the history to hide stuff?
Ok...maybe preferences are corrupted...
Go to ~/Library/Prerferences
Move the com.apple.Safari.plist file from the Preferences folder to the Desktop.
Quit then relaunch Safari, go to the menu bar click History > Clear History
If that helped, move the .plist file from the Preferences folder to the Trash. If not, just move it back to the Preferences folder.
If you don't want history saved when you visit Facebook, go to the Safari menu bar click Safari > Private Browsing -

At one point I had set up my itunes and icloud with an old email address. I have since shanged that to a new email. iTunes works fine and I can log into my new iCloud on my PC but my phone will not allow me to delete the old iCloud email without the password. I select to reset the password but the system will not accept my birthdate or security questions. All happening after i did the iOS 7 update. Any thoughts? Thank you!
1) Did you change that old email address to your current email address to be your current Apple ID? If so, try to enter your current password for your current Apple ID/iCloud account. If it doesn't work, try #2.
2) If you don't have access to your old email account. Same process, go to https://appleid.apple.com and sign in your current iCloud/Apple ID then edit it to your old email address then Save the changes. DON'T sign out yet. Go back to your iOS device then delete your iCloud account. Once deleted, go back to the Apple ID website and rename it back to your current email address. You have to verify it this time and you will be able to since you have access to that email address.
3) If your answer to #1 is NO, contact Apple Support (Account Security Team) to help you reset its password but you need to have another email address available which is not yet an Apple ID to send the password reset email.

no, i deleted the addresses from my history but was able to pull them up from the cookies. i want to know if i can view how many times the site was viewed ever after it has been deleted out of my history..
