Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with your security questions. I found an article with some useful information if you cannot remember the answers to your security questions:
What should I do if I don't remember the answers to my Apple ID security questions?
Try answering them at least once to see if you can get them right, even if you are not sure you remember the answers to your security questions.
If you are confident you can't remember them, try one of the following:
If you have three security questions and a rescue email address
sign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to send an email to your rescue email address to reset your security questions and answers.
If you have one security question and you know your Apple ID passwordsign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to reset your security question.
If you have one security question, but don't remember your Apple ID password
contact Apple Support for assistance. Learn more about creating a temporary support PIN to help Apple confirm your identity when you contact Apple Support.
Note: If you have forgotten your password and answer your security questions incorrectly too many times in a row, you will be unable to try to answer your security questions for a period of time. During that time you will not be able to reset your password and will not have access to your account.

Same as you would if you bought a pc; copy everything from your old computer to your new one. Then you can just sync everything from the new computer, as you did with the old one.

i had the same issue as everyone here after upgrading to itunes 10.x. vista could see xp home share. ipod touch could see xp home share.
neither could see vista home share.
after several hours of authorizing de-authorizing, rebooting router etc, i knew it had to be a firewall thingy with vista as xp was working fine
i went to this article http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2553 and followed the instructions. itunes was already in my vista exception list. on a hunch i deleted the itunes exception and followed the steps to add it again and boom it worked!! i could now see my vista machine from my ipod touch immediately.
something must have screwed up the firewall exception on the upgrade to itunes 10.x

You need to purchase OS X 10.7 Lion ($29.99 from the Mac App Store) in order to udpate to 10.7.2.

You should try again later, the servers are getting slammed. Bunch of people trying to download at the same time.
Give it time, keep trying, should eventually work.

Download failed when i try to download music and videos

Hi I've been experiencing this problem lately,I can't download music or any videos,keep getting a download failed on the download bar... Please help..have an 8520 curve,any help will be highly appreciated please guys

I was pointing out how much easier it is to get music on the device by syncing with the computer, particularly as you can put loads on at once.
Re-installing the OS to the latest version should give you the best chance of attaining your goal.
In the guides it says to do a backup. Do this if you haven't already done so saving the file to a place and in a name that you can easily locate on computer.

Ipod shows there is no music or video, but still has the same memory.

so basically, last night I hooked up my iPod and synced it to upload this new podcast I had. once it did, I turned off my computer and went to bed. When I got to bed, I went to listen to that podcast, and it wasn't there..nothing was there. I went to the about and it said "Music: 0 Video:0 Photos:2752" But then I looked at my available memory, and it said, "Capacity:74.3GB Available:23.4GB"
So I believe that all my music and videos are still inside my iPod, but my iPod isn't reading it..

Well, try this reset procedure...
1. Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.)
2. Press and hold the Menu and Select buttons until the Apple logo appears, about 6 to 10 seconds. +You may need to repeat this step.+

Well folks I finally got my "can't connect to iTunes" issues fixed. Seems that there was an unauthorized change to my email address and account therefore not allowing mr to connect to iTunes.
Here is how I got it fixed.
1. Contacted iTunes store support
2. Followed their instructions and replyed with the following info:
An order number from one of my purchases
Last 4 digits of the c.c. Used for the iTunes store acct
Answer to one of my security questions
And 2 items from this list.
Birthdate
Billing address for Acct
Phone number on acct
It was after all of this that they saw that someone had made an account modification back in February when the issue began. Seems they changed my email address just slightly and that is what kept me from being able to sign in and not a password issue. This was likely due to a phishing email that came out in conjunction with iCloud asking users to change their passwords to a more secure form by adding a capital and number.
To get all of this cleared up it took about 4 days as we emailed back and forth. I also needed a seperate email address they could use to send me info. Once they determined the issues and went to get them fixed by changing the email address associated with the acct and I created a new password I was able to access iTunes with no issues and even my previously thought lost acct balance was there.

from internet as i'm still unable to download anything from internet from the mozilla ff browser. I also wanna ask that is there any other web browser for the firefox os?

There are currently no other browsers available to download from the Firefox Marketplace. Other developers may create a new browser, but so far, none have been uploaded to the Marketplace.
