I try to get on Firefox but it has a bookmark called Untitled and then won't let me on the internet
I had Mozilla Firefox for my internet site. It now pops up with an "Untitled" bookmark and won't let me on the internet at all, even though the main window appears OK. I have tried resetting the whole site and it doesn't help at all. It still comes up this way after I reopen another Mozilla Firefox site. How do I get rid of this bookmark so I can go on the internet again?

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

My Firefox won't let me browse the Internet, even though I'm connected to the Internet.
Excuse me, but my Firefox 3.6 just randomly stopped working. It won't let me browse the Internet anymore-- the error message it always gives me is "Unable to connect", even though I'm fully connected to the Internet. Earlier I opened up Safari and Internet Explorer 9-- both, in which, let me browse the Internet, and I had a full connection. But, whenever I use Firefox now, it says "Unable to connect". And every time I type in a URL on it, Firefox gives me the ''SAME'' error message. I don't know what to do now. I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox and it does the same thing. So now I am stuck with using Safari, when I really wanna use my Firefox. Why is it doing this?
Make sure you are not set to Work Offline in File menu.
There is a possibility that your connection dropped even briefly, more so if using wireless. Make sure Firefox is not set to "[v] Work Offline" in File menu just above Exit.
By default, Firefox 3.5 and 3.6 will automatically use offline mode if there is no network connection. Under certain conditions, after the connection is reestablished it may remain in offline mode without the user's knowledge. Firefox 4 and newer prevents this behavior by default. To prevent this behavior in versions 3.5 and 3.6, add an entry to the '''about:config''' options, as follows.

You can download the setup file from http://www.mozilla.com/ using the computer that can connect to the internet. You can copy the setup file (Firefox Setup 3.6.10.exe) to a USB key or burn it to a CD.
You can buy a CD from http://store.mozilla.org/ but I don't know how long it will take to arrive. -
On Saturday, 5/10/14, I was using Firefox at work with zero issues. I attended to work briefly, and when I looked back I saw the status bar saying my "add-ons" were being checked. Ever since then, Firefox WILL NOT connect to the internet, and I am forced to use Internet Explorer, and THAT jams more than I am willing to tolerate. I have no idea what actually was done, from a technical perspective. I tried system restore, and even found the link with the older versions of Firefox on it, but its all code, and way above what I know how to do with computers.

Hi there, a week or so ago I did the software update for iOS 7.1.1, but since then, i can't seem to install new apps from the app store, and I can't delete any of my apps. I have already tried to reboot my iPad, i have removed my Apple ID, then did the reboot, and logged in again with the Apple ID, but still no change.
What can I do? I was thinking maybe the update didn't install correctly, and that I should try to reinstall it again, but I'm new to the iPad and it's software so I don't even know if it's possible...Hi,
Thank you for your reply, I did go to my general settings, but for some odd reason I don't have a restrictions setting, or a reset setting. I thought I could reset all the setting to see if it could be that, but as I said there aren't any.
My husband also has the iPad 2, and also did the software update and hasn't had any problems at all. I took both iPad's and compared the settings thinking maybe there could be a setting that could have been changed when the update was done. -

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
