I try to install my creative suite master collection (student version) on my new mac. the point is that when I want to write the product key. The computer does not accept the number 3. so what can I do ?

Hy,
My new computer has 3 HDD.
C: The first HDD is 32go SSD and is used for Windows 7.
D: The second HDD is 512go SSD and is used for programs.
E: The third HDD is 1to and is used for Data.
When I try to install the Adobe Creative Suite, and I choose D: as the HDD to install it on, here's what happen :
- it first install on C: and fullfill it (which is bad)
- then switch to D:
- the installation program ask to insert disk 2
- it try to install more programs on C: wich is already full
- the installation crash
I've tried to sheat and tell Windows that the "programs directories" are on D: and here's what happen:
- it first install on D:
- the installation program ask to insert disk 2
- then it try to install programs on C:
- the installation crash because it detected that there is not enough space on C:
Does anyone had this problem and solved it ?

Anything. It completes three steps only and when I see the backup in the summary info it reads from yesterday, not today. I also just bought a new mac and updated to IOS 6, so not sure if that has something to do with it.

when i try the power on butter and the home button I get the apple icon, then it shows power cord and itunes logo and then returns to a black screen, I can hear it beeping like when you put it on the charge each time this happens on my PC.

You could download the installer file from Adobe and install from that instead but it's a big file (6+ GB).

I bought a macbook pro off of Kijiji the other year and it came with the Adobe CS5 Creative Suite Master Collection. Just the other month I upgraded my system to OS X Yosemite and now every time I try to open my products, it asks for the serial number which, when entered is said to be invalid. Also, I don't have much information about the Adobe Products because the guy I bought it from didn't send the information with my computer. Can anybody help!

My Macbookpro wanted to taste Photoshop! So i deactivated my serials on my old pro and wanted to install all the great programs from my Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection on my new baby.
Well ,unfortunately photoshop is missing in the list! WTH?…and as well the menu does look different…whats wrong?…im stuck....im sick and im tired…:(

Are you talking about the suite installer? If so, it can't change - it's just a DVD or disk image with fixed content.

Creative Suite Master Collection CS6 Trial

I tried downloading Creative Suite Master Collection CS6 Trial but it was unsuccessfull even though I recieved emails welcoming to this product's trial version. What can be done to be able to download and use this product? Thanks for all your help and Merry Christmas!

The downloading assistant never finishes downloading the trial. I have downloaded other trials like premier pro and this problem never ocurred. The OS of my computer is Windows 7 64bit.

What do you mean by unsuccessful? Didi it download OK and won't install? Or did it not download completely? Which operating system and version?

It needs the user password for the wireless router, that would have been set by whomever installed the router, if that was you then try to find the password. If you can not find the password reset the router to factory default and set it up again.

Did you set Internet Explorer as the default browser? If not the set it as the default. Check to see if you can do custom install
