I try to sync with iTunes 7 and says it will delete all my other music
I try to sync with iTunes 7.0.1 and when I click sync music there is a pop up that says If i sync music onto my ipod mini then it will delete and or replace all of my music on my ipod what should I do?HELP!!!!!

Its lost its link to the main library on your PC, either due to you changing PCs, Reinstalling Windows, or corrupt files.
IF ALL the songs on the ipod are on the PC, just hit yes so it will erase/format the ipod, relink to the library on the PC and reload all your songs
IF there not all on the PC, then you need to use thrid party software like yamipod or podutil to copy the songs back to the PC first

I havent been on iTunes and synced up on my laptop for a couple months so i get hooked up on wifi and download the newest version of iTunes and sync up to it and none of my songs are in the comp library.everytime i try to sync my iphones library to the itunes library it says i will lose all songs on iphone.so i'm trying to figure out what i need to do to get the library from my iphone to my itunes library on my laptop!!
Plug in your iPad and hit sync. It should transfer your purchases. Or go under the purchased option in iTunes store and download your purchases. Connecting the iPad is easier.

Your iPod can only be synced with one computer at a time. If you try to sync it with a new computer/iTunes library, it will replace the contents of the iPod with whatever is in the new library. You should probably disable the autosync functionality first by going to Edit -> Preferences, clicking the Devices tab, and enabling the prevent iPods,iPhones, and iPads from automatically syncing option.
Before doing anything else, authorize the new computer with your iTunes Account. In iTunes, choose Store -> Authorize This Computer and enter in the correct credentials. Either copy a backup file from your old computer to your new one or create a new backup of your iPod in iTunes before letting it sync.
Then right->click on your iPod Touch from under the Devices section in the left hand pane of iTunes and choose Backup. You might also want to take a look at this article to see what it all included in the backup.

Now onto synced content such as music, videos, photos, etc. For iTunes purchases you can copy them back into iTunes by choosing File -> Transfer Purchases. For all other nonpurchased iTunes content, see this excellent user tip from another forum member turingtest2 outlining the different methods and software available to help you copy content from your iPod back to your PC and into iTunes.
Recovering your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device
Once the backup has been made and all other synced content such as music, videos, and photos are back in your iTunes library, restore your iPod from that backup you made earlier. Here is more on backing up and restoring your iPod.

just replaced my broken iphone with a replacement. Now when I try to sync my audiobook library i get a warning that all of my music, etc will be deleted. I can drag and drop but it's a pain in the ***. What has changed?

You have old computers authorized that you are no longer using more than likely.

Did you check your secuirty software settings? iTuens needs to contact Apple during the sync process.

is there any important stuff saved to your emails? if so you could log on to your emails from a seperate device and back them up. im not sure what else you could do :/

You can however share or import content from another library/account using homesharing. -

Based on your post it sounds like you would like to sync your iBooks content with your computer. I have located an article that may help you in this situation. While you can sync this data with your computer you can also use the sharing button to send PDFs using various sources:
