I-tunes charged me for an album I didn't buy.
I-tunes charged my bank account for a One direction album I didn't buy, I downloaded the album Up All Night a few months ago, yet I-tunes charged me for it anyway. Is is possible to get my money back? If yes how?
I'm not sure why that link gets given out for pirated apps because it has nothing to do with pirated apps. That link is about a totally unrelated issue about MAS updates.
Finding a pirated app -
All MAS apps have a MAS receipt in their app bundle. Check any app acquired from the MAS. Right click on the app's icon in your Apps folder and choose Show package contents. In the Contents folder is a _MASReceipt folder and in that folder is the coded MAS receipt. It has the Apple ID of the MAS account that bought/acquired the app from the MAS. It is that receipt that the MAS uses to alert you that an app has an update. There would not be a notice of an update with someone else's Apple ID showing in the MAS on your Mac, if there was not an app with a receipt from this person's account somewhere on your Mac.
Download the free app FindAnyFile (FAF);

This app is easier to use and seems to be more powerful than Spotlight. Open FAF and in the box type _MASReceipt and press Find. It should come up with a list of every app on the Mac with a MAS receipt. Compare the apps with receipts in FAF's list with your purchased apps list in the Mac App Store. The odd app out should be the pirated app.

I subscribed for Marie Claire's magz for a year ($19.99) through Zinio. But when I received the receipt, I Tunes charged me $39.99 for 2 magzs (Cosmopolitan and Zinio).
I cheched my acc in Zinio, but i only could download for Marie Claire and I didn't do do any subscribtion for Cosmopolitan. I tried to report a problem but it written '"can't connect to the i tunes store". It because I'm living in Indonesia and i tunes store is not available in our country.

let me assure I've entered my complaint twice and all I get is an auto generated email saying that someone will get back to me.
If this doesn't get handled properly in the next day or two I'm going to not only never use iTunes again but ditch the apple platform all together.
I called the number that appeared on my bank statement but it was just a recording to go to the aforementioned web page.
I'm pretty upset right now and feel totally powerless. A company this big should have a helpdesk to call for this crap.I assume this is the customer service form you used.

So I just received my iTunes invoice receipt. It appears that I have been charged twice for the same album. I only have one copy in my playlist. Any help with the correct department/telephone number would be greatly appreciated; I would like to get this straightened out.

Something was charged to my account that I didn't buy
Not sure how this happened, but I did change my password and immediatly disscociate my visa. Its only a .99 cent charge, but I still didn't make that purchase. Is there a way to see where my account was compromised from? Also need to be refunded for that purchase I didn't make. The app charged is motion X GPS Drive
It sounds like an authorisation charge, the test charge Apple makes to check the validity of an account. As you have made changes to your card and passwords it could be expected. It will normally be removed within a few days.

How do you find your recent purchases. I was charged something that I didn't buy from the itune store according to my bank statement.
You can check the purchase history on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, though I'm not sure if that shows auto-renewing subscriptions . I was trying to download free apps, and found out Itunes wants to charge me 36 dollars for something my brother was trying to download for his Cartoon Wars game on his ipod. They charged me the money and now I can't do anything because they want the 36 dollars. Need to get these charges taken off so I can use the card again.
Just need to find a way to get a hold of someone who can fix this.

I got a reciept for $14.98 for a free app and 2 in-app purchases within the app. I've never seen the app before in my life, and I have never made an in-app purchase either. I NEED to know how to un-buy the app–when I click the "report a problem" button, it just takes me to the front page for the iTunes support website at http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/. How can I remove the purchase and get the money back??? I've already changed my password, so I'm not too woried about being hacked (or whatever happened) again, but I am worried that I just lost 15 bucks. Fortunately, I have no active credit card with my account, so identity theft isn't an issue... I just want my money back.
