I tunes in i phone 5

hello again..
I just downloaded my music into i tunes 5. I made some playlists and when starting the play list the songs seem to goes one by one and then back to the playlist with out start playing. do you think I have a setting wrong?

Reinstalling the iTunes application alone does not touch your iTunes library or media folder - even if the iTunes application was deleted first. The iTunes library or media folder is stored completely separate from the iTunes application. Just as a word document is stored completely separate from the Word application as an example.
Is your entire iTunes library now gone - no music or anything - completely empty?
If so, you did more than just reinstall iTunes.
With your iPhone connected to iTunes and without syncing, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPhone.

Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here. I've asked the hosts to remove your first screenshot as it includes your account id.
Looking at the reviews for the app it appears to be a waste of money, and the support link on the apps' description page doesn't appear to work. You could contact iTunes Suppot via the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

Hi, I have recently loaded my I-tunes and I-phone with all of my old cd's which I want to sell for charity. Unfortunately I've had a fatal crash on my lap top and lost my hard drive. I have had to re-install I'tunes but it doesn't have any of my music.

So now I would like to import somehow all of my music from my I-phone into my I-tunes. I've managed to import the purchases, but can't see how to import my cds from my I-phone. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks.

Expanding on what The Fiend said, the license to play music from a CD is tied to and stays with the CD. So if you sell or give away the CDs, the license to play the music goes with them, at which point you legally no longer have the right to the tracks. You need to keep the CDs if you want to keep the music.
As for transferring the tracks from your iPhone back to your computer so you don't have to re-import all your CDs, check out this post from Zevoneer for some iPod/iPhone media recovery options:
