I Tunes latest download...
I was updating the latest version of I tunes on my I phone 4s but when the download was complete a pop up window appeared on my computer saying an unknown error occurred. I tunes no longer acknowledges the the phone as being attached no matter how many times i open or close i tunes attach or reattach the phone. But the worst part is the phone is frozen it displays a screen of a cord an arrow and an i tunes symbol obviously saying connect the phone to i tunes. the phone wont restart. wont back out. wont even hard restart. please help if you know how
I am using a PC i might have figured it out though we have 3 usb ports on our computer and i tried two of them but them i saw this link for troubble shooting while searchin other topics trying to find something that might help. it appears that it might have been a bad usb connection. because the phone is now restarting and going through recovery mode. but we have everything on the cloud so it should be easy to restore everything from here. thank you for your help though

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past purchases, delete the current copies from your iTunes library and then download again using the Purchased link in the right-hand column of the iTunes Store home page.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history.

I have the latest downloadable version of LR5. It crashed while it was createing 1:1 previews during an import. After a Win7(64) restart, it shows a message that LR needs to quit because it can't read the preview files and it will try to fix it the next time is launches. I get the same message the next and every subsequent time it launches so I can't launch LR at all now.
I get that the preview file got corrupted somehow. Is there some way to fix this problem without building a new catalog?Use Windows Explorer to open the folder containing your catalog. You will see a folder with the extension .lrdata. You need to delete that folder and then start Lightroom again. Lightroom will generate a new previews folder.

Recently got a new iPod Touch 4th gen; I had previously backed up to iCloud and subscribed to iTunes Match, and then wound up syncing the new iPod to my MacBook Pro; all iCloud tunes were downloaded to Mac but won't all sync to the iPod after multiple attempts, despite all songs showing properly on the Mac and multiple syncs occurring after all songs were properly reflected on the Mac. I updated iTunes Match from the iTunes Store menu as well pre-sync.
I should mention that I had previously had the library on a Dell (which is still running) and shared it on my home network. While all iTunes purchases now show in the Dell, the Mac is the device I use for all syncs.
There appears to be no rhyme or reason to the iCloud physical sync failure - some songs were legacy, some were purchased via the PC, some on the old iPod.
The Mac shows all the songs correctly and none show iCloud status -all have been downloaded, but the downloaded songs that were previously showing up as iCloud based aren't syncing to the iPod.
Is there any way to force all music being seen by my iPod as iCloud to download to so I can listen to them offline? Is there a way to force the sync from iTunes?The "system" performed as designed. All devices syncing to one iCloud account are kept in common sync. The idea is that all such devices belong to one user. Different users should have different iCloud accounts. Once your contacts were edited, all devices were updated as well and subsequent backups (from yours and her device) reflected the changed contacts (and any other data that may have been edited like calendars). Your first task is to change your daughter over to a new account before she makes other changes.
The only way I see for getting back contacts is to restore them from a time machine backup, assuming you also have a Mac included in the account which syncs the contacts. However, I'm not sure whether time machine includes contacts from iCloud along with those that are local, "on my Mac".
Otherwise the deleted contacts are gone. -

Using Win 7 and latest download of iTunes, the software will not recognize my music CDs when inserted in my DVD drive. I put a CD in the drive and nothing happens. iTunes does not have a "start" button, or some menu option to tell it to begin copying music to the library, so it just sits there. When I first installed iTunes, it would open the CDs, but I would get an error message after the first track started to transfer. Now, after a coupel uninstalls, disc cleanup, etc., nothing happens when I insert the CD. I am lost here and about to sell my new Ipod Classic because it is useless to me. Maybe I'm just too old to own something like this? Any (serious) suggestions would be appreciated.
In iTunes, do Store->View my AppleID
Click "Deuthorize ALL"
Then, on any computers you still have, do Store->Authorize this computer. If there are less than 5, you will have no problem.
You can only do "deauthorize all" once a year, so in the future, if you ever throw a computer away, remember do to "Store->Deauthorize this computer" first. -
When I connect my iPhone to my computer, it says that I need the latest download for my iTunes to be able to sync. I already have the iOS7 and the 11.1.3 update. Whats the deal?
I have the same thing with my ipad "Bill's Ipad cannot be used because it requires itunes version 11.1 or later"

How do I get the latest download of itunes for windows 7
So I have windows 7 and I've got the notification for the latest up date for iTunes and I tried to download it several times but always said error. So I decided to uninstall it and install iTunes again but now when I'm trying to reinstall it, my computer says it already exist in my computer when I've uninstalled iTunes and deleted all files linking to it and yet it still says that iTunes exist. What should I do now I cant live with out my iTunes???????

What is the latest downloadable version for Adobe Reader 11.0.08 or 11.0.09? I saw the 11.0.09 download last Thursday 9/18/14 but no longer seeing it today 9/22/14, just the 11.0.08. Also, after I have downloaded and expanded AdbeRdr11008_en_US.exe, I am getting AcroReader.msi that is posted date on 9/23/2012. each time i try syncing my ipod with itunes, it freezes itunes and i end up having to shut down my computer. This started happening after the latest download and my latest purchase. The latest purchase doesn't show up on my iPod and itunes freezes at synching step 2 on 2. Any suggestions?
You should Reset your iPod, by
1. Press Menu and Center button simultaneously for about 10 Secs till the Apple Logo comes ON.
2. Disconnect the sync cable.
3. Check the iPod Welcome screen, select language, go to menu (if you are lucky, your music are still on the iPod.)
if your iPod doesn't show the Welcome screen, bring it to Apple Store.
If the above is okay, (can see Menu but no Music)
4. Close iTunes and Reboot your PC.
5. Start iTunes
6. Connect the iPod to the Sync cable.
7. if iTunes ask to Restore, please do so.
8. Sync your iPod. ( I would advise you to disconnect from Internet and stop the Antivirus program when doing this.)

What system are you running? Can you access the App Store via the App Store application that's in the Applications folder. If you don't have the App Store applicaton then you probably don't have a new enough system to run the iPhoto 9.4.2 app.
Or are you trying to download the iPhoto for iOS app for use on an iPhone or iPad?
You'll need to fill in those questions and give more detail before we can help.
