I Tunes loads new bought songs to My nano but Nano sees but wont play them
WHat am I doing wrong- I have many songs on my nano - it works fine- but I have bought three new songs over the past couple of weeks, the Nano sees them after I copy them over and even loads the album art but then skips forward past them and wont play them. I have cleared them off the nano and reput them in different play lists with no luck- do I have a setting set wrong??

My iPhone is locked due to setting up a passcode after loading new version 7. I have tried to reset but keep getting turn of "find my iphone". I can't get into the phone to turn this off. What do I do now?

I torrented new songs but itunes wont play them how do i make them work?

I don't think it's your iPod. I reckon it's something to do with the tracks themselves. I've been searching through similar posts and have tried the following suggestions (without any luck):
- swap you iPod cable to another USB port and re-sync
- whilst the iPod is connected, deauthorise your computer in iTunes and then authorise it
- re-created my iTunes library (as your iPod can only sync with one library, it will wipe clean your iPod and re-sync it) - http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93313
- have even restored my iPod
and still the 3 tracks will not play. However, I have subsequently downloaded another track (different album and artist) and that plays just fine. I have since contacted customer services about this and they have been very quick to respond, but unfortunately the re-download solution they proposed hasn't worked either so they have escalated the problem internally.
One thing I have tried (and I think it's legit??), is to burn the tracks to a CD. Remove the originals from your iTunes library to another folder. Re-import the tracks back into iTunes and re-sync. I've tried this and the tracks will now play on my iPod. I believe the above process strips off the DRM, so maybe the problem lies with the DRM encoding and your iPod believes you don't have permission to play the tracks when in fact you do. If you don't feel comfortable about doing this, I would contact customer services. -

Why, if it told you you have insufficient space on your computer, would it suggest making more space available on your phone?
At a guess, you have insufficient space on your phone. Installing software will typically require more space than the final size of the software, perhaps even twice or three times as much, for the installation process. You can easily dump some videos or music temporarily, and then synch them back in afterwards. -
I have a bunch of songs that show up under my purchased list and they say they are downloaded. But when I try to play them in itunes it says it can't locate them. How do I correct this?

I just bought this ipod from a 2nd party their music wont play on my comp.
Certain songs on their list says that my computer is not authorized to play such & such song! would you like to authorize it. so i signed up w/ apple got my apple ID & password but it still wont play & when i try to authorized it still it says that my computer IS authorized! HELP ME!
The songs were purchased by the previous owner. To play them, the previous owner would have to authorize your computer.
(If you buy a second-hand iPod--it's best to erase the thing and start fresh with your own music!)
On Edit: Sorry! If the person who sold you the iPod told you something else...you need to talk to that person again!

I changed over from windows 7 to windows 8 and now my previously bought songs will not play.Tried to follows all the intructions for authorising my computer but can't seem to make sense of them.The instructions don't seem to be for windows 8.Can somebody help?

With the latest version of iTunes on Windows, the menu bars are hidden, and it sounds like yours need to be enabled before you can authorize your computer. You can follow these steps to enable the menu bars:
To keep the iTunes menus active, change the setting by selecting the Menu icon in the upper-left, and then selecting Show Menu Bar. Alternatively, you can press Control-B.

Have old PC with Vista, loaded new version of iTune now I have DEP issue and iTunes wont load. Is there a way to download on old compatable 9.0 version of iTunes or is there a workable Dep fix?

I bought songs on itunes a while ago how do i get them back?
I lost my old ipod that I had the songs on and I had my computer wiped without backing them up. I've paid for them though, is there not anyway I can get them back?
I dont have the stored anywhere or anything else, I just assumed they would stay in my itunes when i connected it up to my email address again.

Putting songs onto my iPod, but when I go to play them, they aren't there.
Recently I've been having problems putting songs onto my iPod Touch. I'll put the songs onto my iPod through iTunes, and it shows that they are on my iPod and everything is legit, but when I leave and go to play them on my iPod, the songs aren't there and nowhere to be found. When I plug my iPod back into iTunes and view all of my music, it shows that the songs are on my iPod, however, when I double-click them, and exclamation mark pops up beside the name and they don't play. This doesn't happen with every song I put on, just select ones, and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it.
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items. -
I cannot load new Firefox upgrade 5.0. Tried to reinstall but nothing

I went back and tried every step instructed to do:
Restart computer; deleted cache & cookies. Opened in safe mode

I have windows 8.1. I have downloaded the mts files from my video camera onto my hard drive. I have loaded a subset of these mts files into premier elements and they show up fine. I can bring them to the time line without a problem. The issue is that when I click on them, I only get the audio and no video. Normally when you click a thumbnail, the picture shows in the large screen. That screen remains blank.

1. Graphics Adapter: Nvidia GeForce GTX 650
2. My driver before you response was 3/4/14 9.18.13.3523. I went to Nvidia and downloaded and installed latest driver 7/2/14 9.18.13.4052
3. Rebooted and checked APE and no change in the problem. Still doesn't show video when I double click an thumbnail or if I single click it does not show a video image in the large screen.
4. Some things I have done to try to resolve the problem.
a. Searched this forum for a similar problem. I didn't see one.
b. Did a web search to see if I could find a solution outside this forum
c Went into "edit" and tried some changes in project preferences and setting to see if that would make a difference
d. Tried to contact Adobe support to speak to a person but that seemed difficult and could never figure out how to do it.
5. I have always loaded AVI clips into this program and this is the first time I have tried MTS files. When I opened the new project, the program notified that I had to change something??? to load an MTS file and asked me if I wanted the program to do this for me. I said yes and here I am. I seem so close to making it work. Thanks -

I am having a really wierd issue as well that is probally related. I dont see 95% of the album artwork associated with my music. Also, it seems as if this has gotten worse since I started using that match feature
