Hey
Has anyone experienced the problem of importing a cd then trying to import another one and then the internet not connecting?
This has been happening to me for the last six or seven weeks, and as yet I have no soloution.
Can anyone help?

happens to me. Each time I go into a copy mode for
cds I'm booted off the net. I'm curious as to why.
No I don't have Earthlink Dial- up. I contacted my internet provider and they said the internet is still switched on I just cannot get access to it after I import a CD.

Just got my iphone yesterday. Very little instruction given by ATT. I can get on the internet but cannot find how to log off the internet. Is this a worry or a non-problem. Does it automatically disconnect when the screen goes blank? Thanks, JR

The iPhone is designed to always have an internet connection as long as wi-fi access is on and there is an available wi-fi network you have access to, or cellular reception. The iPhone switches between the two automatically and seamlessly. There isn't a log-off the internet option, which isn't a worry or a problem.
You can turn wi-fi access of, but when you have cellular reception, your iPhone is connected to the internet via AT&T's cellular network. With firmware update 4.0, there will be an option to turn internet access off via AT&T's cellular network. This along with turning wi-fi access off and/or with wi-fi access on but not connected to an available wi-fi network will in effect log your iPhone off the internet since your iPhone won't have an internet connection.

Each message in the log begins with the date and time when it was entered. Scroll back to the time you noted above. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.
The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of it useless for solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough. It is never necessary or helpful to post more than about 100 lines. "The more, the better" is not the rule here.
Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
Important: Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.

When printing anything off the internet it shrinks the full page into one forth of the full page. How can i print using the enitre page?

Every time I use firefox I can't print full pages off the internet. I will find the page I want, for example, map quest. I push the print button and my printer prints the entire page in one forth of the space. The entire page I printed can be found in the upper left hand corner of the full page, just shrunk down to a fourth of its size. How can i get a full page printed from the internet?

I assume that you're asking if you can shut off cellular data (as no individual can shut off the Internet! )? Yes, you can turn off cellular data and use the phone features (except for MMS which requires cellular data) and access the Interenet via WiFi.

Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store, tap on the Apple ID, and choose 'Sign Out'.
However, logging out of the iTunes & App Store won't change the Apple ID you need to use to update an app. It only affects what Apple ID you're using to download a new app.
Apps always have to be updated using the Apple ID that was used to download it originally. Go to iforgot.apple.com to reset that password. If you cannot do so, then contact Apple Account Security, or delete the app and redownload it using an Apple ID and Password that you know.

This is possible to be connected to WiFi but not internet.
You connect to your modem/router via WiFi and whether it is connected to the internet or configured properly to route the internet to WiFi devices is a different story.
Now if you've already reset your WiFi (try disabling and enabling) and perhaps even restarting your MBP
Then make sure that your modem/router is connected to the internet.
You can try any other device, lights on the modem/router or use Eth cable to test.
Report back your findings.

Look under the Store menu in iTunes for the "Check for available downloads" command and run that. You may find the movie there to be downloaded.
If not, contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department from their Support page (click "Contact Support" and follow the instructions to get to the contact form) and explain the problem to them.

I have been dealing with this problem about a week. I have turned the computer completely off at night, but it does not correct the situation . I cannot print anything off the internet as long as the fax message is on there. I do not have a fax machine and do not want one.

Perchance, do you have an all-in-one printer which can receive a fax message? Printer, scanner, and fax machine combined.<br />
If so, try looking at your user manual for that all-in-one to learn how to print that message. Or consult with a support forum for that brand all-in-one printer.

Why can't I save pictures off the Internet after downloading ios 6?

Ever since I installed ios 6 I have not been able to save pictures off the Internet. When I 'Save photo', it does not save anywhere. Unless it now saves to a new spot I am unaware of? It's not in my 'Photos' section. Anyone have any ideas what this is about? Or if its going to be fixed?

I think my problem is harder to solve than that. What you say is what I first tried to do. Since the sync with iTunes was still working, I could still have some pictures in the photos app, and each time I was syncing new pics from my computer ( PC btw ) I had a prompt that said sth like "xx elements have not be synced, check what on iTunes on the PC" but there was nothing on iTunes, and every pic I synced was here in the photos app. I thought there was a directory problem, or ghost pic files issues, so I made a backup of the iPad from iTunes and I disabled the autosync with iTunes. when I got it back, I directly tried to save a pic from safari and mail (even before syncing anything) and it was still not working.
I really can't figure out why is this occurring, and I haven't tried anything else for now. I think I will show this up in an apple store cause it's kinda hard to explain.
PS: sorry for the mistakes, I know this is annoying and makes my weird stuff hard to understand, but English is not my first language. (but I will keep on, the English community is still the best!)

2. Go to Menu-->Settings-->Connectivity-->Destinations-->Internet ... select the Access Point ... Options-->Delete ..

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
