If you restored the device AS NEW, so without a backup, and still have those issues, the device will probably need service. If you restored WITH a backup, I recommend you try restoring as new and testing the device for a few hours.

CHeck out iTunes Match which has an annual fee of £21 or thereabouts. You can store a maximum of 25,000 songs there and they all become available on your other kit, iPhone, iPad and iPod. I know it works as I have over 23000 songs uploaded of which only a few we're bought through iTunes.
it works by comparing your music to the whole iTunes music dadata base so you access the same tunes that you could get from iTunes. If you have obscure stuff, it uploads your own music to the cloud as a copy.
I Find it incredible that on my iPhone with its 16gb memory I can view almost 200 gb of music (ie my 23000 songs) and play any of them. Anything I add to iTunes becomes available via the cloud fairly quickly from a few minutes or a little longer if adding a lot.
The first time you use it it will take quite a while to match your music if you have a lot, but after that it is all automatic. Read the stuff on the apple site. Your PC needs to be at least running Vista. I recommend it and at less than 50p a week it's good value.

I think Paolo30 is right. Qosmio F60 is equipped with internal DVB-T but in some cases you need an external antenna to pick up the low signal. In most cases only in large citys you dont need an external antenna. If you live on the fringe of the city, normally a cable is needed.
Anyway, do you mean an external antenna or external DVB-T receiver (USB stick)?
Normally Windows media center should recognize the internal DVB-T tuner. Is it listed in device manager? Did you update the driver?

What exactly did you try? You have to restore the iPad from the phone backup and download the apps again if you are using iCloud. If you are using iTunes, the process is basically the same but you have to sync the apps back to the iPad.

You cannot download them from the iTunes Music Store a second time without buying them again; the iTMS only allows a single download per purchase. So if you no longer have access to his computer so that you can't copy the tracks from it to transfer them to your computer, or can't get him to copy them to a CD (or something) and send it to you, I'm afraid that you're out of luck and will have to purchase those tracks again.
In the future should you ever purchase tracks on a computer other than your own, remember that you'll need to copy the tracks to your own computer yourself. For information, see:

I'd like to buy on ebay a macintosh tv but i live in france, and there's no analog tv anymore...
Is there some way to convert the digital signal from the plug to an analog one without using those stupid aftermarket digital tv tuners?
(i know it's possible with digital sound: I have an optical to RCA adaptor)
If not, can I replace the tv tuner in the old macintosh?

Usually it's because you are not making internet connection via wifi.

Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

One week ago, I tried to update phone software. Did everything as usual. After phone went thru 50 minute update, message came back that phone is in restore mode. Phone screen on shows I tune logo & plug in cable symbol. I went to AT&T store , with no help. I just got off land line with AT&T support & repeated 1 hr plus segment to repeat same update. I have unloaded I tunes, reloaded I tunes & repeated process of upgrading without success.
AT&T technical support says phone is locked with I tunes from Apple, a software issue.
I do not want to upgrade phone .

IPod not playing re-ripped tunes with higher bit-rates

Since I got my iPod and have more storage I have been slowly re-ripping some of some tunes at a higher bit rate. iTunes doesn't appear to try to sync these songs and re-upload them to the iPod.
What happens is that the song stops playing part-way through the song. My guess is that it is due to the file size of the old (lower) bit-rate, as if it still thinks the EOF is at the same spot even though the file is now larger. It's almost as if the index doesn't get updated properly somehow.
I've tried deleting all the songs on the iPod and even doing a restore, but that doesn't always fix it. Some songs do it, some don't.
I know the rips are good because I can play them all the way through with either iTunes or Media Player.
Any help on getting it to sync them properly?

I assume that I have to re-rip the songs at the higher bit rate, unless there is Is there an easy way to do that without re-ripping them.
Assuming you want the higher audio quality (and not just a puffed up version of the same low quality track) you will have to re-rip from the CDs.
Also, what happens to the lower bit rate songs in my playlists, especially if I delete the lower bit rate versions from my library?
Under certain conditions, iTunes will recognize the CD and ask you if you want to replace the existing versions. Say yes, and the rip process will automatically do the replace.
In case it does not ask, just go ahead and rip, and then do the replacements manually.
