i updated ios7.1.2 to iphone4s,there is no signal,then automatically heats up the device during standby.....PLEASE TELL ME WHATS THE PROBLEM!!!!!!apple make me dissapiont me this Update....

Try these:
1)
Double tap the home button to bring up active apps at the bottom of your screen.
Tap and hold one of those apps until you get a red circle with white minus sign in it at top left.
Tap the red circle in every app on the bottom. This closes active apps.
Shut down the phone and leave it off for a couple of minutes.
Turn phone on.
2)
Turn on Airplane Mode
Power down
Leave phone off for 10 minutes
Power up
Turn Airplane Mode off
If this doesn't work, then sync

Iphone 4 (White MC604FB) Update iOs 6.0 - Wifi Problem and iphone bug when trying to unlock on call receive. Is this a known bug ?

I have two iphones 4 and two bugs on the white one
1/ Is the first gen (Black)
2/ Is the second gen (White MC604FB)
I both uptdated the into Update iOs 6.0 -
Bug 1 : With the white iPhone 4 i have a real Wifi Problem, as close as 5 to 7 meters from any WiFi spot, i lose the signal, where my "black" iphone at the same time and same distance shows full signal (and tested with safari.... works).
Bug 2 : Once the white iphone is in "stand by" when trying to unlock on incoming call, the touch screen works and receive the touch information, but it bugs on trying to unlock to receive the call. (very very anoying :o) have to call back almost every time.
Are those already known bugs ? Is there a fix ?

I did restore before posting, in evry possible way. no improvment.
I have 24H ago updated to iOS 6.01. So far no more "screen jam" on incoming calls, but the wifi is still inconsistent with very poor signal strenght (compare to my black iphone 4)
PS : For information, did beleive there was two versions of iphone 4 (In Europe ) :
1/ Is firts generation "gen" with With board MC603FB
2/ The white one for me with board MC604FB

iOS 6 is no longer available. You can only upgrade to 7.0.4.

Apps could be affecting battery life. Try checking background app refresh and disable apps you really don't need and check location services and turn off apps here as well that you do not 'really' need.

How do I take screen shots with the new update iOS 5 on my iPad and iPhone?

When I try to take screen shots on both my iPad and iPhone they both come up with the screen to shut down the devices. I've updated both with iOS 5. Any clues on how to take a screen shot with iOS 5?

Press and hold the Home button and use the on/off or sleep/wake button as a camera shutter button for the screen shot.
Or while pressing and holding the on/off or sleep/wake button before the slide to power of appears, use the Home button as a camera shutter button - this must be done before the slide to power off appears.

Unable to turn on Wifi to update iOS 7.0.4 on my iPhone 4

I received an update message for IOS 7.0.4on my IPhone4. This update is most likely for another model; not for my iPhone 4. The message ays that this update requires a Wi-Fi network connection to download. It is hard to imagine why such restriction is required given that many Wi-Fi networks are unrealiable and unsecured. The most annoying part about this situation is that it is not possible to get rid of the Software Update alert (reminding the customer about your lack of oversight; over and over!). at times I get a bit of keyboard lag with my iphone4 with ios7 but not too bad but it does run better on my ipad2
if you judge from the posts here then many people feel ios7 made their iphone useless and so slow and defect they will run to the nearests android store and start trowing their money at it
but then people who don't have issues rarely sped alot of time in support forums informing people that they don't have problems
try messing around with a friend or relatives upgraded device and make up your own mind

Do you mean 3G or 3GS? The 3GS CAN update to iOS 6.
If you have a 3G, then the latest version is 4.2.1, and cannot receive any later or future updates. It's done.
You say you have 4.3.1, but the latest version is 4.2.1 for the 3G, so do you have a 3GS?

Are you syncing with iTunes?
If so, then you must mark the Apps that you have deleted in iTunes to not reload. If this isn't done they will return after a sync.
