I updated 7.1.1 then my sms , wifi , pics,apps and data all get problems

i have just updateed 7.1.1 then my phone become suck.
msm canot send imess or text.
wifi is slowly , pics is lost , app i bought is gone,
it is hard to macke a phone call and all other things working slowly.
i tried restar but all still same.

Basic troubleshooting steps outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device.
Have you been through ALL FOUR troubleshooting steps? If so, and you still have problems, you'll need to bring your phone into Apple for evaluation as you likely have a hardware issue.

You still double tap the home button and the apps are lined up across the screen. Swipe up on the app preview thumbnail - drag it up off of the screen - and that will close the app.

There's an issue currently that a lot of us are experiencing in that we all get the error message "iTunes is currently unavailable; please try later"
It's an issue with Apple and we're awaiting an update re this
I've posted a topic in regards to this after having a long conversation with Apple support this morning and will be receiving a call from their tech team tomorrow to run through it further
As it stands iTunes cannot be accessed via ATV's and nor can it be streamed via AirPlay from iTunes to the ATV
However I can access all films/iCloud content via my Mac Mini with no issues!

You need iTunes 10.0 or greater to update your phone...iTunes isn't confused at all. If you're on a Mac, you'll need OS X 10.5.8 or greater to update iTunes to 10.0 or greater.

I have a similar problem. Recently my FF8 has been crashing a lot. It regularly locks up an entire core of my PC and often just shuts down. It has just done it a moment ago and when it started back up it did the whole "this is embarrassing" thing and asked me if I wanted to reload my tabs. I deselected the one that I was trying to view as I suspected that it may have been the cause (unlikely; it was node4.co.uk) but anyway, let's skip it just in case. Click on the button to restore and up pops my homepage only. So all of my other tabs, which I was using for work incidentally, are gone.
This is not the first time this has happened on FF8. It happened a lot recently on FF6 I think it was (so hard to keep track now, Mozilla) and I switched to Chrome as a result, but it turns out that it crashes even more than FF6 did. FF7 was a vast improvement but FF8 is so unstable/unpredictable for me at the moment that I think I'd rather use IE9 than this. It's driving me mental, clearly! I wish I could kill the process manually and have it retry restoring tabs. Hey, there's an idea Mozilla; give us a menu item that allows us to restore the session to how it started to try again or at the very least get a list of the pages we were looking at. They don't show up in Recently Closed Windows and the Restore Previous Session is greyed out too. Gah! Help!

I just recently took pictures on my iPhone 4 and when I tapped photos they didn't appear. Then I refreshed the photos app and at the bottom of my camera roll it said restoring now all the pictures that I took are there but they are just blank grey picture

Ok, so I got my pictures back, the ugly way though. What I did:
- made an iCloud backup of my phone (only 2GB instead of the earlier 4GB, because the camera roll was empty)
- restored my last iTunes backup, this was a month old. It was made right before i upgraded to iOS5.
- My pictures were back on my iPhone so i downloaded them to my PC.
- Then I restored the iCloud backup from my phone. The one I made before I restored the iTunes backup.
The pictures where gone again, but at least I had them on my PC.
I don't trust iCloud backups anymore. The backup itself holds all your settings and remembers which apps and data you had installed. But it went wrong when it had to redownload the pictures from the cloud. It was a hard lesson learned. From now on I'll backup my pictures once in a while. I was used to what Apple promises: that everything "just works". No, it doesn't.

You installed a hacked app, originally from the Mac App Store. It contains the receipt for a different app, downloaded using an account that you don't control. You need to identify and remove the hacked app.
Important: The app you need to remove is not necessarily the one named in the App Store notice. For example, if the App Store says you need to update "Twitter," the hacked app may be "Angry Birds" or something else entirely. Don't make any assumptions about which app you're looking for. To find it, you have to carry out a systematic search.

I have an AT&T contracted iphone 5. Cannot send mms to anyone but other iPhone users. If you search the Internet, you'll see that the problem is everywhere...both the carriers and Apple are actling like the problem belongs to the other, or feigning any knowledge (which is kind of funny since the no MMS thing was in an ios6 beta that was released awhile ago, so I KNOW apple knows about it). To help me better understand I was wondering if each of you can complete the following?
Go to KB36747 and download BlackBerryFix.zip
Run the tool and confirm that it says ‘The fix is not applicable to this device’
Assuming the tool states the fix was not applied, please complete the following test:
Make and receive 2 or 3 phone calls
Press the Power/Lock key followed by tapping Restart
When the device restarts do you see a blue LED?
After the device restarts, check the Hub and Phone app to identify if the calls made and received during step 1 still appear. Should this calls be missing, please capture logs using the steps below.
Open the Help app
Swipe down from the top of the screen, tap Create Report
Tap Save Log Snapshot
If prompted to upload logs, tap No
After completing these steps, using File Manager on your device go to Documents folder by Logs.
Tap and hold the log file (i.e. bbswltLog-<date>.zip) followed by tapping Share and send it via email to supportforums{at}blackberry.com.
If I can ask, what other type of data disappears? If you create a document using Docs to Go and save it to your device memory, does restarting your device result in document being removed from your device?

If you are talking about multitasking, double tap the home button and swipe up on the app you want to remove. They look like pages now.

Did you fail to create a backup of the device prior to attempting to update?
Why did you choose to update iOS without first ensuring there was a backup and that all of your media and pictures were on the computer the device normally syncs with? Sorry, but that was beyond not smart.
If you've lost media, pictures, contacts, etc, there is nothing that can be done without a current backup to restore from. Hopefully you have learned an important lesson.

Trying to update iphone 3GS. I use it only for apps and music. It will not allow me to update through itunes? What do I do?

I have a iphone I do not use as a phone anymore. I use the apps and the music on it though. I downloaded itunes and I am trying to update the phone so I can purchase music and apps for it. When I plug it to the computer it starts syncing and runs a good 20 minutes and then I get an error saying it cannot update and it takes me to a update repair page that does nothing to help.
