I updated my apps on iTunes, after upgrading to the new IOS 11.0, and now I can't update my apps on my iPad. The error message tells me that I can't update with my US account. I have only a Cdn acct. did the new upgrade cause my acct to become a US acct? How do I get back my Cdn acct?

The iOS on the iPad is 6.1 not 11. iTunes 11 is the new version of iTunes.

Now - which upgrade are you talking about? If you updated the iPad in the U.S. - yes it could switch to the U.S. store on the iPad. Can't update what with the U.S. account?
Why don't you explain a little more clearly what you did.

So you want to use the app in a different account than you bought it with. If that is the case you need to contact the Mac App Store support. You will find the link for that in the Mac App Store by clicking Featured - Under Quick Links you will see the Support link. Follow that for help.

The sync is one way - computer to iphone. The only exception is itunes purchases. File>Transfer Purchases
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Have you failed to do this? -

You can use iTunes, connect iPod Touch to computer iTunes.
Select iPod Touch in iTunes under DEVICES (left panel)
Select Books tab (right panel near the top)
Deselect those books that you have read
Click Sync button (bottom right)

I set up Keychain and do not have access to the telephone I gave. Now I can no longer connect my ipad to my windows computer, itunes does not automatically open when I plug in the USB. I can not turn off Keychain in my ipad since authorization is pending awaiting the code sent by SMS, which I can not get. Can someone advise how to get rid of Keychain. Should I cancel my icloud account?

Have reset the ipad, but that changed nothing. I can not turn off Keychain, iit remains "pending approval". Probably, the only thing to do is to close my icloud account...which I hate to do since there is a lot of data saved there. But, I am unable to back the ipad up on my Windows 8 computer because itunes no longer opens when the ipad is attached.
Oh well...computers are computers and it is impossible to cover 100% of the situations.
Keychain iss not the best app for someone who lives in 3 different countries.

So I got the ipad for christmas, turned it on & it worked fine. Later I entered a passcode. Now I can remember the passcode & the ipad is locked for 60 mins. The ipad was never configured to a computer at the beginning. someone help.

I created movie using iMovie on iMac. Sent movie to iTunes on iMac. Then sent to iPad using iTunes. I can not find it on iPad. Where should I look? When iPad is connected to iMac it shows it to be in movies. When I look under iTunes movies on iPad I get movies I can rent or buy. when I look under videos I get a blank screen
Are you looking in the Videos app? iMovie on the iPad? The Photos App? I don't use iMovie but those are the three places where you should look.

How did you get the PDF into iTunes, drag to the books library? What PDF apps do you have on the iPad? If you dragged into the books library - and you have iBooks, look in there.
You can email the PDF to yourself and it will open a as mail attachment. You need a compatible app in order to save it, but you can open it from the mail app.
