I updated my credit card balance to late, now i'm on trial because the payment isn't made yet. What can I do?

I'm having the same problem, can someone expert in changing credit card info help?  Don't say go into store and update it says my info is wrong when I try to change.  Help!

    It's a network issue, not an account balance issue. Troubleshoot your network or just restart your iPod and/or router, try connecting to the Store a bit later, or try the download in iTunes on your computer and then sync the purchase to your device.

    What do you mean by 'refusing from the system', if you are getting an error message then what does it say ?
    For a credit card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. If it is and if you are getting a 'declined' message then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
    If when trying to download you are getting a message about a 'problem with a previous purchase' then that implies that iTunes wasn't able to collect the money for your last purchase. If that is the case then you won't be able to download anything else (including app updates) until you've paid off what you owe : Pay an unpaid balance in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
    If you aren't getting the 'problem with a previous purchase' message then try logging into your account (not when trying to download something) and see if you get the 'none' option so that you can remove the card's details and be able to download updates to your apps : Change or remove your payment information from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID) - Apple Support

    I have a 6 person team on a CC account. We moved our shop to a new location and had to update our billing information. Your support team in India cannot update my Credit Card information.
    I called as soon as I got the message through CC that there was a problem. Here we are almost a month later after multiple attempts to update my CC# information now my "team" is not able to work today. 5 people without the ability to use your product. (my product - because I am a shareholder as well).

    Because too much time has passed I can't edit this into the prior comment, but here is the info regarding reverting to iTunes 11.0.2 (assuming you do have a time machine backup) from https://discussions.apple.com/message/22057703#22057703

    So OK I pay my AMEX off each month.  For some reason after last month payment Exuifax and Transunion lower my score by 18 points due to the balance on my credit cards DECREASING!   Really?   Then this month my Visa balance goes from zero to $237.00. And guess what?  You guessed it....my score goes UP by 18 points.  No one can explain this.  HELP!   I am afraid to pay my bills on time!   My scores are 745.  750.  726.  

    Above all do not be afraid of paying your bills on time.  That is the ONE thing that you must always do, whether they are credit cards or installment loans or whatever.  One late payment on one card stays on your record for 7 years. My guess is that you had a month where both cards both reported a zero balance, because you were "paying them off" by which I assume you mean paying the entire balance down to $0.  FICO has a slight prejudice against you having no credit card balance at all.  But you don't need to pay the cards down to zero.  Just pay the amount you owe on the statement.  If you pay the full amount, that's known as paying in full or PIF which is a fine habit to get into.  If you use either card even a little in the following month, at least one card will report a positive balance to the CRAs and FICO will like that.

    When I wish to update an app or purchase an app on my iPhone, i get the message that Verification is required. next I am presented with entering the 4 digit security code for a credit card whose complete number is greyed out except last four digits. I can see itnis the old expired creit card. My Famiiy Organizer/husband has since updated that credit card, but I have no ability to sync up to the new credit card number. Shouldn't my family organizer payment updates immediately trickle down to the members of the family? I am locked out of purchases (even mere app updating), because I have no control over changing my own payment methods. I'm not asking to have my own separate card on file (as many support discussions reveal); I am simply trying to sync up to my family organizers payment method. It didn't automaitcally update member devices. I tried to update my own payment in SETTINGS, but its all greyed out since I am not the family Organizer. Talk about going in circles! I have 50 apps that I cannot update. Help! 

    You can create an App store account without a credit card, however that won't help you with updating your previous purchases. Apps are DRM protected, and tied to the account that was used to originally purchase them. There is no way to overcome this DRM protection or transfer them to another account(Itunes support can if you contact them). If you want to create an App store account without a credit card, follow the directions here, but bear in mind the DRM protection mentioned. If you use this account to download free apps, you will have to use this same account for all future updates:

  • Trying to update my credit card for Creative Cloud account but chat support is always repeating the same thing?

    I'm just trying to update my credit card info for my Creative Cloud account, it's been 6 times I've contacted chat support.
    Every time they repeat the same questions & answers over & over.
    "What's the name on the card?"
    -I give it to them.
    "It will take 4 to 5 hours to update."
    -I wait a day, same problem, then contact them again, same question & same answer. They don't give me a reason or any indication why my card didn't get charged.
    I re-phrase my questions, always same answer:
    "Your payment details are updated, your account will be activated in 4-5 hours."
    Are they robots?
    Is there actually somebody on the end of the chat, is it possible to talk to a supervisor or someone that could help me give you money so my account doesn't expire?

    Well, today my tools are going to be deactivated because my account is expiring.
    Still no solution or feedback on the status of the issue relating to the fact that my valid credit card is stuck in a processing limbo in their payment system.
    The biggest lesson learned is that subscription software & cloud based services are too risky for a professional production pipeline.
    Imagine if I had employees and a huge deadline this week, I would have to explain to my clients that the reason I can't deliver is because Adobe can't process my credit card for whatever reason, and they deactivated my tools.
    Now, I probably won't be able to work today but at least this situation as forced me to re-evaluate how I'm going to build my new workflows and those of my clients.
    I was actually planning to convert my video production pipeline to Adobe Premiere but now, it's guaranteed I'm staying with Final Cut.
    Same thing for my photo retouching & motion workflows, I'm stripping out every Adobe Cloud tool from it.

    I just received an email stating an action is required as my credit card is about to expire and my skype number subscription will be cancelled. 
    Question: How can I update my credit card details? I see no option to update this info and am only prompted to a new payment method without the option to add or edit the new credit card details. 
    Pleasse help me with this as I don't want to cancel my subscription.

    Hi, Kelly_K19, and welcome to the Community,
    Skype does not provide a facility to change individual facets of a payment method such as a CVV code, validity dates, and so on.  Skype will consider your updated credit card as a new payment method.  So, proceed to add your credit card as if it is a new payment method, and then delete the old payment method.  The Skype Number subscription is tied to your expiring credit card; you will not lose the number as it is saved for you for 90 days following the expiration date, providing you time to reinstate the subscription.  Therefre, it is not a problem if the subscription expires.  I know this sounds convoluted, however it does work -- I just did this myself a few weeks ago -- the day my subscription expired, I renewed using a new payment method.

    Customer Service is completely incompetent with this type of issue. You will eventually speak to someone who does not have a good command of English, and judging from the background noise, is sitting in some kind of low cost "boiler room" operation that Adobe noiw considers to be adequate to service their paying customers.
    I spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to do the same thing. I have work to do, and eventually had to hang up. The chat line reps have to power to do anything but read from their FAQ cards.
    It must be nice to have a virtually monopoly on computer software...you can treat your customers any way you want and not have to suffer any consequences.
