I updated my firefox to the latest version, but now my awesomebar is gone, along with my bookmars and google tool bar. What is going on?
I updated to the lastest version of firefox, and i cannot or find my bookmarks, awesomebar, history, or any toolbars I once had.

Can't see the Menu Bar (File, Edit, View, History...Help)? Hold down the key and press the following letters in this exact order: V T M
The Menu Bar should now be displayed permanently, unless you turn it off again (View > Toolbars). Turning the Menu Bar on and off is a new feature in version 3.6.

If that doesn't work, try resetting your toolbars and controls through [[Safe Mode]].

I have an iphone 3gs of which I attempted the latest IOS pdate through itunes. Now, it shows the original start up screen and when it gets to the activiaton screen it displays an error message stating: Your iphone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. Help anyone??

99.9% of the time, the cause of this issue is the fact the phone was jailbroken/hacked to unlock it for use on networks other than the network the phone was originally locked to. Apple maintains a database of officially unlocked iPhones, and when Apple's servers detect phones such as yours, activation stops & you get the message you got.
So, you need to get a sim card from the carrier the phone was originally locked to, or get it officially unlocked, if you want to activate it. Because it appears that it was not officially unlocked. -
It will not sync with my iTunes!
Your phone is locked to a carrier. Only a SIM from that carrier can be used to activate the phone. Ask the "friend of your mom's" to which carrier the phone is locked. You'll then need to contact that carrier and see if you are eligible to have the phone unlocked. If not, the phone is useless to you.

How do I get my iTunes store to work? I have updated my iTunes to the latest version but every time I go to open it, it is just a blank white screen. No writing or anything. Help!?

I updated Itunes today to the latest version. Windows 7 64bit. None of my drivers work and get an error when itunes starts, about registry setting for reading and writing dvds and cds missing. Anyone else have the same issue. I downloaded itunes again, reinstalled still have same issue.
I'd start with the following document, with one modification. At step 12 after typing GEARAspiWDM press the Enter/Return key once prior to clicking OK. (Pressing Return adds a carriage return in the field and is important.)

I am trying to update my itunes to the latest version, but it says the itunes server could not be updated and i need to connect to the internet when I amlready am connected. How do I get the latest version of itunes so i can sync my iphone with itunes without losing all my songs?
We were able to fix our machine! I just could not make sense of the error message, so we were trying non-Microsoft, non-Apple solutions.
Our Solution: Install MalWareBytes, and run a Quick Scan.
Even thought both Microsoft anti-virus and Defender were running on our Windows 8 machine, MalWareBytes found about 100 problems. As I looked over the types of problem and locations, I found several that referenced the exact directory referenced in this message. The machine had to be restarted for MalWareBytes to complete the cleaning, but iTunes installed afterwards with no problems.

Hi. I was trying to update my Itunes to the newer version but now when I try to install it, it comes up with Service 'Apple Mobile Device' (Apple Mobile Device) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services. How do I fix this?

I have set up all the iCloud on my iPad and iPhone both are the latest version but they don't seem to sinc with each other does this take some time? I am connected to the Internet via wifi do I need to turn the mobile data to on on both maybe??

You need to turn the services you want to sync (calendars, contacts etc) on on both devices from settings > iCloud. -

firefox installed automatically the latest version. Now my google browser, history etc. doesn't work anymore. It doesn't respond. I can't run searches from the browser. youtube button is missing. I'm trying to playa game called day z (not sure if many are familiar) through boot camp 5 and the newest version of windows 8 it's pretty much a must to hear everything going on around me and I can't exactly do that when the sound drivers aren't working. I've updated all of my software and still nothing is working. If anyone has a link to the newest windows 8 sound drivers it'd be greatly appreciated. Or if you have any other solutions it would be greatly appreciated!

Updated my iPad and iPhone last fri. Since then, can't open iBooks on either device. HELP PLEASE!!
Try a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. The screen will go blank. Be patient, the device will power ON again in the normal way. It is app and data safe!]

My ipod has always been synched to this computer...and I don't want to lose anything.
It doesn't say anything. It runs through the sync process like normal and tells me all of the songs that it's synking. But then when it says I can disconnect it, nothing actually synked.
