I updated my hardware (memory and SSD) and restored to my previous Os Snow Leopard 10.6.8. Everything works fine except for iPhoto.

I get a message saying my Os X doesn't support iPhoto. When I click the icon, en error window pops up.

Problem solved: downloaded updates for iPhoto 9.2.3 from apple website.

Sounds like a issue when the video cache file is being written, perhaps anti-virus is scanning it, or it's being written to smaller or failing sectors.
1: Hard drives ideally below 50% filled, never more than 80%, use Activity Monitor> Drive Usage.
2: Always on anti-virus? Uninstall it, use the free, run as you need it ClamXav instead
4: MacKeeper? Uninstall it and never use it again.
5: Copy all User files to a external storage drive (not only TimeMachine), reduce user files down, disconnect all drives,  use Disk Utility > Erase Zero Free Space  to catch failing sectors in free space on the boot drive.
6: Restored  from TimeMachine or clone? Likely restored a corrupted system or malware.
Run through this list from #1 - #16  or go hard core and #9 and Zero erase entire drive in #20, start over.
Step by Step to fix your Mac
7: Your drive is possibly failing, you should think about replacing it
Install/upgrade RAM or storage drive in Mac's
