I updated my iphone to 5.0.1 and it deleted all of my photos, how do I get them back?

Have you synced back up to your iTunes account?  This happened to me too, and when I synced back up with iTunes, all of my photos were backed up to my iTunes account and loaded back onto my iPhone.
