I updated my software and now I get the message blocked plug-in whenever I try to watch video in Safari. I installed the new Flash player but it still doesn't work. I've checked my plug-ins and uninstalled/reinstalled but nothing works. What can I do? Help

The Adobe Flash patch can be found on Adobe’s website, and users can visit this page to check if their software is the most curent version.
You should uninstall any previous version first, and repair permissions after installing the new version.

I'm not convinced that starting it before it was downloaded has anything to do with it, you should be able to do that. I'd try restarting the computer and if that doesn't help, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History.

What iPhone do you have? You can check in settings>>general>> about.
If you have a 3G you cannot update beyond iOS 4.2.1. The 3G is over 4 years old an was discontinued over 2 1/2 years ago. You need the latest ios to run the latest versions of some apps. If you have a 3GS you can update.
If your phone is not responding, reset it by pressing and holding down both the home button ad lock/ sleep button simultaneously until the Apple logo appears.

I update my software, which was suggested by mi Ipod "ajustes". It finished and it asked me to connect it to the Itunes. I did so. The Itunes updated the software, and it says "Debe restaurar su Ipod" ... when I try to restore my Ipod it says "error"... and now my ipod is like freeze with the apple like when you turn it on, and with the bar which is not moving.

I went to update my software, waited the full time, and as it was finishing it told me I couldnt do the update at this time. And now its telling me to connect my phone to iTunes and the only option I have is to restore it. Someone please help.

Don't panic. The same thing happened to me. When I tried to restore, I got the error message again, so I had to try to restore a third time. Fortunately, it worked. Try it a couple of times it it doesn't work at first. Once you restore, use your backup file from your last sync on iTunes fully restore your phone (it will ask if you want to do that). It will give you the new iOS and bring back all your apps and settings (fingers crossed).

happened to me the first time i used the i pod app after the i tunes update. simply back all the way out - (double hit the home button - the ipod app is one of those things that seems to continue to live in the multitaking bar). When you restart the i pod app, it should dome back fine. I do not think (but maybe I did) that I needed to do a full shut down - just fully close and reopen.
