I updated shockwave recently and now videos won't play in firefox, it says the addon has stopped working

Can you tell me what version of shockwave I should have and how to update it so it works properly

First, grab the Adobe uninstaller from here:
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html
Then download the latest Flash Plugin version from here:
Select ''Plugin-based browsers'' - the EXE version.
https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html
Run the Flash uninstaller program, then reboot your PC.
Then install the Plugin version of Flash. So you'll have a clean installation of Flash for Firefox.

Upgraded to the latest Keynote (5.3 1170) and now videos won't play in presentation mode, only audio

Upgraded Keynote on my home and work computers to the latest version in the AppStore and now videos won't play in presentation mode. In edit mode you can double click and it will play in the editor. This happens on both computers running the latest version of ML (10.8.4).
Any help here? Alread tried a reinstall of ML on one machine with no luck.
Was previously running Keynote 08 (non AppStore version). Tried creating brand new presentations in 09, no luck.

I had the same problem today in front of an audience with 300 people (MacbookPro OSX 10.10, Thunderbolt-VGA adapter, PPT 14.4.6).
Here what I figured out so far:
1. It happens when you have PPT open and connect to beamer afterwards
2. You can resolve it (in my case) by quitting PPT and launching it WHEN connected to beamer
3. Yet, make sure Mac does not go into sleep mode or you get a lock-screen in the waiting time. if you do so, you get back to square 1. quit PPT again 2. restart it.
4. Also.... in one case I had to hit the volume control once to get the sound back even though movie was playing
So in short: Connect to beamer first, then launch PPT
I know it is only a symptom fix but it worked for me

If you are referring to video streamed on YouTube or other sites that require the Flash plugin, try troubleshooting.
Quit Safari.
Open System Preferences > Flash Player then select the Storage tab. Click: Delete All
Now uninstall the Flash plugin then reinstall new > Troubleshoot Flash Player | Mac OS
Very important to uninstall the currently installed Flash plugin first.
Relaunch Safari. From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Empty Cache
Now try a video.
BTW... if you have the ClickToFlash extension installed, that can prevent Flash based video from streaming. It can also be installed as a plugin in /Library/Internet-Plug-Ins.
And check to see if Safari is running in 32 bit mode. Right or control click the Safari icon in your Applications folder then click Get Info. If the box next to: Open in 32 bit mode is selected, deselect, quit then relaunch Safari.

Updated to ios6 and now videos won't stream (YouTube etc.)

Since updating to iOS6 on my iPhone4 I am now unable to stream videos on YouTube and other sights, the video will buffer about 5 seconds quite quickly then just stop :/. Be it playing videos off of safari or the new YouTube app. But this is only using wifi at my house, 3G and other people's networks work fine. It's not a case of it being my wifi because I am still running the same speeds as before the update and my laptop loads stuff fine. Anyone else having the same trouble?

Same problem here. I have 20Mb connection speeds. My wife's Iphone5 works fine. (Not upgraded from IOS 5 yet)
WiFi just drops off during stream. It's on 'connect automatically' but doesn't reconnect. I then manually connect and repeat this. However, it automatically connects and doesn't drop if web browsing. Only experienced during video streaming.
Same thing with Audio Podcasts.
Tried clearing history, forgetting network and restating.
I stupidly installed IOS6 on brand trust. Wish I'd waited and checked reviews first. iPhone gone from very useful device to painfully useless.

i updated my itunes, and now it won't play any of my music. i tried deleting it and reinstalling itunes, but it still is doing the same thing: whenever i click on a song, it looks like it's going to play (and my last.fm thing starts scrobbling it) but it just doesn't play the song, ever. it sits there, with the play button played. i am so frustrated with itunes, and i have no idea how to resolve this.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync all music and resync
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

Try the basic steps?
Quit the app completely and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Restart the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Or delete the app and reinstall it. Tap and hold down on the app icon until it wiggle then tap the X on the icon to delete it. Tap the home button when done. Download the app again.

I just uninstalled it and am waiting for it to reinstall. I sincerely hope that I have not lost everything that I worked on so hard. Now that mobile me is gone, I have not been able to go between devices to transfer things. I was merely trying to take a document I had worked on and open it in pages, but it said my version was too old. When I updated, it wouldn't load. Now I cannot do anything. I have the iPad2 with IOS5 and Netflix works fine with the Netflix application - I didn't try from Safari.
It shouldn't behave differently between iPad1 and iPad2.
