try visiting this Adobe page — does it show that some version of Flash is currently installed on your MacBook Pro, or does just a grey box show? If it’s the latter, then you’ll need to install Flash; instructions to do so can be found further down on that same page.

There is no other way than to plug into a computer to restore the phone. You can use another computer to do so, but in case you did not back up to iCloud your data and settings will be gone.

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

It's in recovery mode. Anything that was on the phone and not already backed up is already gone. You have no choice but to restore.

My ipod was set up on a Mac. Now I have a PC and want to sync my music on iTunes, but I can't without reformatting my drive and losing my music. Help. I no longer have a Mac. I want to keep the music and videos I purchased. Since it is an iPod classic (80GB) I cannot even use the iCloud. Is there a way to move my ipod's music so I can reformat it to my pc?
WIndows is asking you to reformat the iPod's hard disk because it's probably in the Mac OS X Extended Journaled file system format which the Windows OS can neither read or write to. Reformatting will erase all content from the device and rebuild the filesystem as FAT32 unless you specify it as NTFS (which you shouldn't do).
If you want to be able to use your iPod to copy music from your Mac to your PC, you'll need to either pre-format it as FAT32 using Disk Utility on your Mac and then copy everything over to your PC, or use third party software such as XPlay that allows a Windows PC to read and write to a Mac formatted iPod.
Perhaps you could take a look at this article for other ways to copy your iTunes library and files from your Mac to the PC.

You will need to sign into your account using the iTunes app on your Mac or PC and change the region/country for your account. If you do not have a bank card for the new country, you should be able to make purchases with iTunes Gift Cards if they are available in the new country.

Syncing to a new computer should give you the opportunity to replace the exisiting contents with the new. -
I ordered my new S5 online and after following the steps outlined in exact order, my old phone no longer works and the S5 will not authenticate. Now I have no phone and I am becoming frustrating.
It downloaded all my contacts, photo's with no problem. I called the number they gave me from my old phone and then turned it off. I then put the sim card in and charged the phone. I followed all the setup steps and no I cannot send any text or make any phone calls. I downloaded V4 as requested by Firefox, after reading a note saying it supports all systems and languages only to find that it is not compatible with my Mac G5 on OSX 10.4.11. During the upgrade process I deleted V3.6, so now I have no Firefox and presumably have lost all my bookmarks.

But now I have a new and better computer for photo and video but I can not figure out how to reinstall my photoshop on this new computer. I tired looking up your account using the Adobe ID/email address that you use here in the forums. I don't see any Acrobat purchases tied to that Adobe ID. Did you make your purchase or register Acrobat using a different Adobe ID? If so, please log in to www.adobe.com using that Adobe ID, click Manage Account, and the click Plans & Products. Your registered products should be listed there.
