2. Swipe up on the screenshot of the app you want to exit.
3. The app will fly off the screen

I was 3-4 updates behind on ipad. Did back-up, installed update to ipad now how do I get my purchased apps back on my ipad? I assume they didn't back up to cloud since that came with this update. I can see all my purchased apps but no way to transfer them back to my ipad from whereever they are. Wish itunes was more user friendly. Help please.
If you are running iTunes 11 and if you didn't figure this out yet, when you launch iTunes - go to View>Show Sidebar from the menu at the top of the screen. Once you can see the sidebar, iTunes looks so much more familiar.
The "new look" iTunes doesn't appeal all that much to me, I just want the functionality that I have always had. It's still there, its just been hidden with a lot of fluff and visual wow that I really don't care about .... Just my opinion. -
I just updated to IOS7, now when I am sending a text the letters and words have a delay so I dont see them for a few seconds
I HAVE RESOLVED THIS!! The problem was that I was signed in to iCloud on my iphone with an old Apple ID and using a different Apple ID on my pc. I signed out of iCloud on my phone, then re-signed in with the same id as the iCloud on my pc. Presto chango. All is well.

add your security questions. if its asking you for them, rather then set them up, then reset them using appleid.apple.com

I opened an app, and now neither my home or power buttons work, now i can't close out. How do i?
Keep hold of the power and home buttons until the screen goes blank, when it does release them and power the phone up as you normally would.

how do i close out my apps now. remember you would tap home button twice and then hold finger over apps that you wanted to close. Tryed it with new download and now can't close them. Help

Open a new window. Go to the other window with all the tab. Close it. You now only have that newly open window.

the "close tab" option is not on the File drop-down menu today. It was before I upgraded yesterday to the new version of firefox. So how do I close one tab?
Ctrl W did the trick and I think I should be able to remember that. Right click menu when the document or site is open on the screen doesn't work, but it does from the taskbar menu above. Either way, I know what to do now. Thank you.

Double click the home button. Swipe up on the app to close it.Swipe left/right to navigate in the view.

My macbook froze up. Finger gestures work, but I can't close out of any windows by clicking on the red "X". How do I close out the windows without using the track pad?
Command + W will close a window. Command + Q will quit a program.
