This is a copy of ONEof the keys in the registry I changed as told by Apple support today. I also have changed others as instructed by GEAR software support to manually delete GEAR drivers (that I had installed but couldn't delete some of the others they mentioned from Windows system 32. Then some bright spark at work told me I need the Gear drivers so I downloaded the software and installed again.

I updated to the latest version of mozzilla and now I can'topen it, It is saying to close the mozzilla already opened, there is not one opened.

I can not open mozzilla after updating to the latest version. I click on it and nothing happens. I tried to uninstall but it tells me to close the mozzilla that is opened. I do not see any opened.

Did you check: File > Work Offline
Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily.
A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process.

iPhotos has been replaced with a new app called Photos. If it completed migrating your iPhoto Library, all your images are now also in Photos Library(Events are now Albums in a folder named iPhoto Events.
iPhoto and iPhoto Library remain on your drive and work as before.
How to get iPhoto 9.6.1 if you didn't update before OS X10.10.3.

I just downloaded the new version of Firefox and now every site I used to use such as Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube show "This Connection Is Untrusted". Even when I do accept the risks the site no longer looks the way it's looked for years. Twitter doesn't even give me the option to accept the risks at all and shows this error (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer). I've tried resetting Firefox, I've checked the time and date, and I've removed and added Firefox to see if that would work. Nothing seems to be working so I can see the sites the way they normally would be instead of "coded". Can anybody help me please?!!! Thanks

ok, unfortunately the fiddler2.com issuer in certificates might be a sign of unwanted software present on your pc that is intercepting secure network traffic. please go into the system control panel and uninstall programs like BrowserSafeguard, BrowserSafe, SafeGuard or other software that sounds suspicious and didn't get installed by you intentionally.

Why can i not update to the new version of iPhoto and Garageband through the appstore?

When trying to update, I keep getting the pop-up:

There was an error in the App Store. Please try again later. (null)".

I think iLife is being updated from MAS now, thus the need for a AppleID to update it.
One person had iLife and tried to update with a differnent AppleID and it rejected it, seems they bought a open box machine and iLife was installed using another AppleID for display purposes.

HELP !!! I installed iTunes 7.6 and now my iTune store-purchased TV shows play video but have NO AUDIO. Have I gone deaf? The songs still play on my computer but now the TV show audio is missing.

I tried updating to the new iOS 6.1, and now my iPod is stuck in Recovery mode.

I've tried DFU mode and Recovery mode, but neither seem to work. It won't update. When I connect the iPod to my computer, it says it has detected an iPod in Recovery mode, and it must be restored before it can be used with iTunes. You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

I just downloaded the latest version of FF and now I can't send messages via hotmail.

On April 6th, 2011 I downloaded the latest version of FF and shortly thereafter I found that I could not send mail from my hotmail account. I can receive, edit, read etc. I can do most everything EXCEPT send. I can, however, send mail from IE so it is definitely something within the new FF.

Yup I experienced the same problem. My workaround was to throw out the latest version and go back to iTunes 10.5. I'm on a Mac so the problem is on both PC and Mac platforms. Hard to believe that this software got released with such a serious problem.
