Hy guys, i upgrade my ios 7.1.1 to 7.1.2 and now iths not working anymore my microphone on video record, the camera is working , is recording but without sound, and also the microphone on speaker, when i activat the speaker the microphon is not working. I do a full reset on my iph but still not working , also my girlfriend have same problem.Please help me, thx.
To rule out a software issue, try to set it up as new device, without using the latest backup, explained in this article:
How to back up your data and set up as a new device
If this does not help, the problem might be hardware related and the phone needs to be serviced by Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider:

Hi. You can reset the connecting system on your car to try or make sure if password's verifying is needed to connect.

Yes it would, possibly even brick it.
Have successfully connected my ipod nano with iTunes so looks like the device driver is working.
Can I use my ipod nano USB connector to check?
It is not much help to you, since the device that you need still not recognized.
Anyway looks like I may have to swallow the loss of data. Have set-up a call for tomorrow with Apple support so will wait until after this before doing the factory restore!

Itunes 11.1.5 (MacBook Pro,OS 10.6.8) will not sync new apps with iPhone 5 iOS 7.0.6 and gives grayed out "install" no message? How does one work around this?
Just reboot your laptop... While its rebooting try to reboot your phone also by holding the home and power buttonn for 10-15 seconds...When your phone is turned off try to connect it to iTunes and it will recognize your phone in recovery mode.
If you have the .ipsw file for iOS 7.0.6 saved in your desktop then in itunes press shift and click on Restore.
Select the ipsw file and let it restore.
If you dont have it downloaded then simply click on restore.

I have just upgraded to 10.8 on my macbook pro and now I can't access itunes, videos and there is no sound - anyone help?
It is an old macbook pro probably 6yo with the back lit keys - not under applecare anymore obviously. I downloaded the upgrade last night which took quite a while longer than it should have.
Anyone else experienced this and can suggest something? many thanks JoRun Software Update, wait till all the updates have finished downloading then restart the mac.

They have stoped shipping to Greece and I am not able to find it anywhere (even Amazon does not ship this product here!!!) What I am supposed to do? Erase and install Lion from the USB Flash Drive version that's available on the online store.
Use the Migration Assistant to import the data, if you are certain everything is compatible with Lion. Read this user tip to determine if it might be incompatible:

If you have any PowerPC (Rosetta) Applications, you may have to manually import the data from the backup:

The personal hotspot is not an app or an icon; it is a setting. You must first have your carrier provision it, then you turn it on in settings. Most carriers charge extra for tethering.
