I upgraded and charged last month for Adobe Complete. But I was downgraded to Free version. Can this be fixed without further interruption of services?

I upgraded and was charged last month for Adobe CC Complete. I got Adobe CC Complete, however, I was downgraded to Free version. I checked payment status in Adobe Transaction History and it says Complete. I was able to confirm this with my receipt and/or bank transaction history too.
Should I continue with the Free version (with limited/ downgraded services) until it finishes? Does it automatically update to my paid account once Free version expires? Sadly, with this I wouldn't be able to use all features I've already paid for.
But I'm more concerned with the interruption of services this problem would cause. Can this be fixed without further interruption of services?

Everyone who logs into Facebook on my Firefox has this problem however if we use Internet Explorer - facebook looks normal.

If you have increased the minimum font size then try the default setting "none" as a high value can cause issues like you described.

Acrobat DC insists on checking the adobe CC license each time it is run. After that it will run, but starting this dialog up 10x a day is not what's it's supposed to do , right ? I should have no other check in 30 days ...

Do you use the Shopping Cart with iTMS? Is it possible that you had other tracks in the cart and you clicked on Buy Now, and bought all of the items in the cart?
Are you certain your card was charged? Have you gotten a receipt from Apple for the download - they send receipts within a few days of the download.
I downloaded Lazy Sunday for myself and sent it as a gift to my sister, and wasn't charged for either.

IPad2 says No Sim and cannot access 3G. Can this be fixed without it being replaced??

This past June, my iPad2 started saing that no sim card is detected. For the last couple months, I can only used it with wifi. I have tried resetting the settings under general and messed with airplane mode and no success. I finally took it to apple this week and they tried another Sim card and that wasnt the issue. They said it would have to be replaced but being out of warranty, the cost is $250. I refuse to pay that when I did nothing to it to make this happen. Am I out of luck or is there maybe another step I can try to get this working? Thanks

Well, it sounds like you have two other choices:
1. Live without the SIM card - your iPad would become WiFi only.
2. Take it to an independent Apple repair facility. Their cost might be slightly less than $250.

You need to update to 10.6.8 using Software Update.

what can you do when you interrupt your update and when you try and finish it, the update does now show up on your settings>

try resetting your phone by turning it off and back on again and tr again. if that doesnt work, try updateing via itunes

I would just like to ask another question with regards to my new order for complete Creative Cloud which you suggested. I have now pre-paid for a full year but I’m not
sure when I can start downloading the other APPS as they don’t seem to be updating on my current Creative Cloud account app display. It still shows my old configuration
of products (i.e. Photoshop etc) and my ‘activity stream’ relates back to 9 days ago.
