I upgraded from a 3gs to 4g and want to separate accounts for each phone
I upgraded to iPhone 4S from the 3GS. I handed down the 3GS to my son but, my contacts remain on the 3GS. Will creating a new name and account for the 3GS separate the account and phone from the account and phone (4S)?

I could fix this issue quickly if two of them were not my ethernet card and wireless adapter. Right now I only have 2 adapters listed under network adapters and both are virtual VM ethernet cards. Neither of these can establish a connection through a router I know is working on other laptops in my house. The error I get is that the IP address cannot be resolved. The odd part is that when I look at the details for the VM ethernet cards it shows a good DHCP IP and subnet....TX/RX is no good though as it only shows sending packets and not recieving them. I tried to manually install the windows 7 drivers from a USB stick. I got them off of HP's website. I installed them but it did nothing. However, I was having no luck and restarted and they momentarily showed up in the adapters list (under network settings in control panel). Then as soon as I tried to enable them they went away and I still have no internet. Not sure what is going on or what to do. If I cannot install the HP drivers and get them to work, and I cannot connect to the internet to let windows fix the problem I seem to be stuck.. Please Help.
Hello , I understand that your secondary DVD drive is not recognizable as an optical device on your desktop computer after upgrading to Windows 10. I would be happy to assist you in this matter! When you examine the installed drives in the BIOS, does the 2nd DVD drive appear? What brand are the two DVD drives? What is the product number for your computer? Below is a is an HP Support document that will demonstrate how to find your computer's product number.
How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number? In the meantime, I recommend following the steps in this document on HP PCs - Updating Drivers and Software with Windows Update (Windows 10, 8). This should help to install any possible updates required to run the secondary DVD drive. Please re-post with the results of your troubleshooting, as well as the requested information above. Two iPhones with same Apple ID and want two separate icloud accounts.
I have two iPhones both of which are set up with the same Apple ID. How can I set up separate icloud accounts for each phone? My phone has same email for Apple ID and icloud account. I wants wife's phone to have icloud set up with her own email account. Right now her phone keeps automatically reverting to my email address for icloud.
To migrate to a separate account she will have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the current account to turn off Find My iPhone when prompted (if she's running iOS 7), choose Keep on My iPhone (to keep a copy of the iCloud data on her phone), then sign back in with a different Apple ID to create her new account and choose Merge to upload the data to the account. (Deleting the account only deletes it from her phone, not from iCloud. This won't effect your phone.)
Once she's on a separate account, you can each sign into your account on icloud.com and delete the other person's data from your account. -
I upgraded from iPhone 3GS to iPhone 6. Everything converted fine. Yesterday I deleted an app in error. When I downloaded the software it from iTunes ( did this many times on the old 3GS), my account is no longer recognized by the app's host servers (Playtika), even though it did after the initial conversion. Can I go back and re-sync just one app from my old phone?
Try deleting what is called the iPod Photo Cache.

If your backup is encrypted and you don't know the password anymore, you'll have to start from the beginning and set up the phone without the backup. An encrypted backup can't be used anymore without the correct password.

I presume that you mean that the switches do not light up as appropriate when you select a Patch in MS?
If so, in Layout Mode, select each of the buttons in turn, and check that they are a) Assigned to the correct MIDI CC number etc, and b) that "Send Value to" has the correct Port selected.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and still no success. Any suggestions?What system are you on? Did you run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool inbetween your install attempts? If not, try that to produce a "clean" install with factory defaults. Other than that there could be some specific system issues at play, but again, we'd need to actually know what system you are on...

A lot of things changed with Elements 11, including the available display views. There is no longer a calendar view like in Elements 10 and before. The closest available is to go to the Events page (click Events in the top bar), and then switch from Events to Smart Events (just below the top bar). This will group all of your images into the day on which they were shot. However, it doesn't separated them on a calendar and leave you the blank spaces where no images were taken.

I just upgraded from LR3.3 to LR5 and can't print now....
I just upgraded from LR3.3 to LR5 and now when printing on my Epson 2880 the image is printing only a portion of my image - not placing it properly on the page as it appears in the print preview. I have checked with Epson and they confirm all my page size specs and print preferences are correct - Epson says it's a software glitch. The image looks right on the screen in the print preview - yet places the image in a corner of the page when printing, cutting off half of it. Tried it both on 8.5x11 and on 13x19 with two images and had the same problem. I need this fixed ASAP thanks @Adobe @JaneSzaboPhoto
Yes, I have the paper set up properly as 13" x 19" (or 8.5 x 11 when trying more than one size) and even reviewed this over the phone with Epson. All setting are correct and it looks right on the print preview - but shifts the image to the top left of the page and shrinks the image and cuts off the top of the image.....no matter what paper size.

Personally, when upgrading to a new device and wanting to download from a backup of the older device to set up the new device, I ALWAYS do the backup and restore from my computer's itunes. It's much more reliable than icloud.
